First, let me say the boots look really nice!!! I wanted to love these so badly! But… they were way too small and very tight. I have skinny feet and wear a size 7 1/2. That’s what I ordered. I couldn’t even get my foot in it with a sock on. I had to put on a nylon sock. These run about a half to whole size too small and are very narrow.The top of the boot just before the ankle was very tight, and again I have skinny feet so that says a lot.The top of the boot is too big for my skinny calves because just walking in the house the boot was sliding down and scrunching up at the ankle area. These are not meant for thinner legs/calves.I’ve included several photos, some with measurements. I hope this helps.
These boots are super sexy. I thought I couldn’t fit them at first but I went back again and they fit. They got right above the knees. So far , they are comfortable and look really good.
This is my first time having knee high boots, so I was looking forward to trying these Jessica Simpson Women's Akemi Over The Knee Boots. The boots are well made, the fabric is soft, the zipper is smooth and the heels are sturdy. They are true to my foot size, snugly fit, so I don't worry that they will slide down or bunch up while walking. They hold the upright shape very well. The heel is about 3" height. To me personally, they are comfortable for short walks, e.g. hanging out with friends or daily office work because 3" height heels are a little bit challenging to me since I don't get used to wearing high heels often. Overall, except for a slight faux leather smell probably due to the new shoe which is the reason that I subtracted one star. I am still glad to have these knee boots making me have a chill fashionable look and will recommend them.
This is a beautiful well makes boot love the leather quality and design unfortunately it runs way too small and the opening of the leg is too tight. I would recommend going a size up with this one.
