The Irish Setter Pinnacle boot is a standout choice for hunting enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers alike. The combination of features and quality craftsmanship makes it a reliable companion in the field.
When it comes to all-day comfort, the removable memory foam-PU footbed truly shines. You will appreciate the high-rebound EnerG EVA midsole, which provides that much-needed boost to combat fatigue, especially during long days spent tracking game. The design also takes care of your ankles with its memory foam collar and cushioned tongue, letting you focus on the hunt rather than discomfort.
The traction offered by the rugged rubber outsole is commendable. Whether you are navigating rocky trails or muddy landscapes, the multi-tiered lugs provide the stability you need. This feature, paired with the anti-torsion TPU chassis, ensures that you remain balanced even on uneven surfaces.
One of the most critical aspects of any hunting boot is its ability to withstand the elements, and the Pinnacle does not disappoint. With its UltraDry waterproof construction and durable nubuck leather, you can confidently wade through wet underbrush without fear of soggy socks. Moreover, the 400g PrimaLoft insulation keeps your feet cozy during chilly hunting mornings.
Additionally, the innovative TempSens technology means you won’t have to deal with sweaty feet as body temperature changes throughout the day. The incorporation of ScentBan technology further enhances your experience by reducing odor buildup within the boot. This is an attractive feature for hunters aiming to stay discreet in the wild.
Fit is another crucial factor, and the Irish Setter Pinnacle impresses here too. The full leather gusset overlay helps to seal out dirt, while the ball bearing speed laces allow for quick adjustments. However, it's worth noting that some users may find the boots slightly bulky compared to more lightweight alternatives.

Good boots. And, easy off and on!
Irish Setter Pinnacle hunting boots did great. Nine days of hunting in cold snow kept me warm and dry with no complaints. I wore them for a couple of weeks before the hunting trip to make sure they were broken in.
Had red wings were 50 years if you were a size 12 and you order Irish setter size 12 it’s gonna fit you
Boots are to tight across the top of the foot. The top sides are very stiff and rigged causing ligament aggravation.
Sent me 2 different boots and both of them are right side boot. The correct boot is nice though.
Have worn a few times so far rabbit hunting in rough uneven terrain. Probably walked 3-5 miles each time. Very comfortable on the feet. Top of the boot doesn’t have much flex right now, although not much of an issue with this. If your older upland hunter, I would recommend the boots comfort for your feet…
No complaints! Very durable and comfortable
Unlike my other red wing boots, the sides of the tongue are thicker and extremely painful during break-in. I'd suggest wearing them only halfway laced up at first. The break-in period is longer than normal too, so I'm assuming that means they will last longer. Besides the pain, they are great quality
