This shoe is made well and very comfortable but runs very small. I wear a 9-9.5 and had to get and 11.

These are so cute and comfortable on. They are a bit snug at first, but stretch pretty quickly after the first wear. I get so many compliments from random strangers when I wear these out and about. I rave about how comfy they are. Love that beauty doesn't always have to mean pain. I am done with painful shoes. Bonus that these are really stylish as well. They don't hurt my poor bunions. Hooray!
Now own three pair of these incredibly comfortable shoes, all Eur 38. First, ordered gunmetal color, then pumpkin (both with white soles), then black with black soles. Went on a trip recently, took four assorted pairs of shoes and ended up wearing only the gunmetal Jacobsens. Absolutely every time out, strangers will ask, where did you get those shoes? I love them! Two of the three pair fit alike, very slightly ample, and the pumpkin fit a teeny bit smaller, yet all have the exact same size footbed. Right out of the box, I put an innersole in the larger two, which fills them out slightly and makes them ultra-comfortable, if they can be even more so. There is absolutely nothing inside to rub, chafe, irritate or hurt. They're lightweight, they breathe with the laser-cut holes, and are easy to get on and off. Great for airports and are forgiving when/if your feet swell. Any corns or bunions? No prob...the uppers glide over them comfortingly, caressing every part of the foot. I usually wear a size 7-1/2 American, sometimes 8s, and the Eur size 38s are right on.... I prefer to order up rather than down, if having to choose, though with these there's no such thing as a break-in period. They come ready to love and are worth every penny.
I have two pairs of these shoes and FYI--these will stretch easily. They can easily be put in the washer and on light dry to shrink them back. Also the washing helps remove the funk from wherever you are walking so that is a plus. The holes are great so your feet get air and don't sweat. There is not a true arch support and it would be tough to add a long insole.
Very comfortable great walking shoe
This is a great casual shoe, nice support and comfortable for all day wear. Hoping to buy more colors as they are restocked. They do run slightly large, I wear and 8 and will try a 7.5 next time I order as they do stretch a bit with wear.
