Finally, a shoe that is supposed to be wide and is wide --in the case of 3E, really wide. So my wide feet finally are in shoes that don't squash them. Actually, they're almost too wide, but that's OK. They run true to size length, so in my case, a true 11 1/2, 11 1/2 fit just right instead of having to order larger to have enough room . The shoes are also really well constructed, very attractive, and comfortable--finally!
The shoes are well made and very comfortable. They are a little bigger than usual and I thought they would be. Which makes it more comfortable for me as I am on my feet most of the day with concrete floors.
The look of the shoes is a little more casual than I expected but still acceptable for most occasions. The earlier comments from others about the size are very true. I normally wear a D width and ordered an EEE expecting them to fit perfectly. They're still a little tight. I've even removed the spacer (as recommended by Hush Puppies) and still found them to be snug. I'm confident a D width would not have wearable. With that in mind, these are still very well-constructed shoes that look and feel good. I've spent two days now on my feet for 8-10 hours each day with no soreness. I recommend for anyone who has to stay on his feet all day but doesn't need a formal dress shoe look.
Will need to return these. It's not even the fact that they are too small for my size, but the grip on the bottom of this shoe is very weird and unusual to say the least. The grip is completely uneven, and it has this material that makes the grip shine like gloss, but what makes things worse is that when you walk on hardwood/tiled floors, THEY SQUEAK SO LOUDLY! The best way I can describe the sound of this squeak is that they literally sound like those glossy rain boots when walking on hardwood/tiled floors. I don't want a bigger size, I just don't want the shoe at all. I've owned many Hush Puppies in the past, and these are not properly representative of Hush Puppies quality. I gave one extra star because shoe does look very nice otherwise.
its not true to size as hush puppies size chart you have to order one size up. I ordered 11.5 XW US but it feels tight so I return it back on the other hand I ordered Hush Puppies Men's GT Slip-On Loafer 11.5 XW US based on size chart and it fit perfectly :)
Over the last few years I have purchased three pairs of this shoe. The first two pairs were great. Very comfortable. I can hardly get this newest pair on. They are shorter and narrower than the other two pairs. I happen to still have the first two pairs so I checked the label to be sure I had received the right shoes. Yup, the size and width were identical. Only one difference. The first two pairs were made in Thailand. The new pair was made in Pakistan. Something got fouled up in the translation because the new pair are unwearable and I will be returning them
The size I ordered almost always fits my feet well. What Hush Puppies have done is include as an insole a thin insert that can be removed. The purpose is to allow the shoe to fit better if you have some bind or discomfort across the top of your foot. They worked well with the insert in but even better when I removed them. I ordered a 10 1/2 D. The fit is the best I have had with this size.Good design, easy slip on feature for those that are continously taking their shoes off, and great pricing.

I was looking for a comfortable shoe which can be easily removed while working also comfortable while walking.I'm happy with my purchase of these pair of shoes- High workmanship / Quality- Very light weight- Comfortable at sole (I have returned my earlier purchase because the Gel portion at Heel was making me uncomfortable)- This has double pair of Heel cushion, you can remove one to make more space/comfort- You can easily slip them in and take them outOnly issue is, these shoes are not 100% formal wear, but I'm fine to live with it
