Super cute and comfortable boots. Exactly as described.They run big. I wear a 6.5, and the size 6 fits me perfectly with room for heavy socks.
I want to start by saying we go camping a lot as a family and therefore I like to have rain boots. The ones I had before made it a few years and then tore a bit. I had been eyeing these hunter boots up for a very long time and finally decided to pull the trigger on buying them. Needless to say, they are totally worth the cost and I am only disappointed that I didn't buy them sooner. They're so soft inside, easy to clean, warm and dry. They look brand new still after a good wiping, even though I wear them sometimes for a week straight, especially when we're camping. I think these look great with jeans so I never feel like I'm wearing these clunky, unfortunately looking rain boots. They are so adorable. I actually wore them to work on and especially rainy day and one of my colleagues mentioned them and I couldn't stop raving about them. Don't sleep on these.
These Hunter boots are just what I was looking for! They are super cute and I love the adjustable back. They are very comfy and have plenty of room for my wide calves. If you are concerned about them being wide enough these are your best bet for Hunter boots. There is another style that is “adjustable” on the side of the boot but is not as wide as these. This style (with a gusset style adjustment in the back of the boot) gives you more room for your calves but is still very stylish and cute. They are also surprisingly comfortable! I have worn them for long shopping trips, etc. and they are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend!
I'm always nervous about rain boots because I have such large calves and they always fit way too tight on my leg. But because these are just a bit short (hit about mid-shin), and they have the expander in the back, there is plenty of room for my large calves. I actually have the expander pretty tight and there is still a finger width or two between around the top of the boot, so it's not too tight, I can tuck my jeans or thick pants in and still be comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fit very well but I walk a lot and have large calves. A little snug around the area especially for someone who is petite like me kinda rubs on the calves. But overall great
I have huge, Sasquatch-like feet: long and wide and was also blessed with large calves. I never thought I would be able to find a proper pair of wellies to keep my feet dry, but these boots are amazing. They fit my wide feet and the adjustable back make it easy for people with wider calves to get them on easy and without looking like a sausage. There is even room to cinch the top. I have worn them kicking through some significant water and city muck and my feet stayed dry and comfortable. I never thought I would get excited over a pair of boots, but here we are. These boots are perfection.
This is my second time writing an amazon review, and I feel these boots are so amazing I must let others know how worth it it is. I debated on buying these for two weeks- I had them on my wishlist and kept going back periodically to read reviews. I weigh 255 and have very large big / muscular calves, short stubby legs, virtually no arch in my foot, and ridiculously flat / wide feet. I have never just ordered shoes online or gone in a store to buy shoes. I usually am forced to order shoes out of a plus size catalog and order “wide” sizes. However, these shoes fit like a second pair of skin. They are so comfortable I could sleep in them. There’s plenty of room for my calves + boot socks. They look adorable with every outfit I’ve tried so far too. I have no cartilage in my toes and finding shoes that don’t hurt my feet is nearly impossible, but I finally found them just in time for cold and wet weather. Normally I suffer through the winters and let my feet get wet / freezing from rain and snow. Not this winter. Worth every penny. I’m so happy I bought these. True to size!!
