What has happened to Hey Dude shoes? This black leather version that I purchased directly from HD had promise but fell way short.I normally wear a size 10.5 (most everyone knows HD does not offer half sizes), all my other dudes are size 11 to accommodate thicker socks as going lower to size 10 makes them too tight, ordered this version in 11 and both heels literally came all the way out of the shoes, fit was more like a size 12 or 13, not a fan of the light brown shoelace covers (come on HD, the darn shoes are black) and the cork insole felt strange/cheap. Very, very thin and cheap feeling leather, I had serious doubts these would hold up to normal wear.Promptly returned the same day they were delivered for a full refund!1 star is generous, what a freakin hassle!
