This boot arrived the next day, in the Helly Hansen original box! I was so impressed with the speedy delivery! The boot is flawless and brand new as indicated. Perfect off white color just as in the picture. I wear a size 8-9 and ordered a size 8 and it fit perfectly to my foot. This means that wearing the boot with thick warm socks made the boot snug but comfortable. Not recommended for LONG durations of walking for there is no real arch support. Despite the flat arch, the boot is beautiful, manufactured in high quality, comfortable and a reliable boot to order. Not yet worn in the rain, but the boot looks seamless. Highly recommended!!
Rain boots tend to run big generally. That is not the case with these. I wear an 8-8.5 Medium in nearly all shoes. In rain-boots, I tend to go on the smaller size due to typical sizing. I ordered an 8 in these boots and they were surprisingly too snug. I am exchanging for an 8.5. Most rain-boots don't come in 1/2 sizes, but these do! These boots are so adorable and well made. They are rubber but are very structured and not as clunky as they appear In the photos online. I thought the sole might be more of a lug sole, but that is not the case..these are simple, feminine and refined enough to wear with a dress or leggings. Love them!
Really sleek looking, and not too heavy. I have muscular calves, but they are still pretty slender, so I often have trouble with boots being really awkwardly wide on my calf and at my ankle. (Chooka boots were just really huge looking and weirdly wide on my calf and ankle.) These fit really nicely all the way down the leg and foot, especially in the ankle, and have some style to them to make them look sleek. They look great.I normally wear an 8.5, and ordered an 8.5. My toes are pretty close to the end, sometimes sliding forward a bit. They probably would be too small with thick socks, but the 9 I would guess would be too big. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, like them a lot.As for people looking for measurements: (BTW I have an 8.5)So, front to back (just letting it sit open/not stretching it at all), the opening is about 5.5".I took a string, wrapped it around the top of the boots and my calf, and then stretched it out on a ruler... The boot circumference at the top is about 15.5" and my calves are about 14" at the widest part, and the boots fit me really comfortably with the usual amount of space that rain boots should have!
The boots looked great, I just wish they fit, they were too small overall and unfortunately the next size up wasn’t available to purchase.
I loved the boots but they were too small. My feet 7.5 and boots usually 8. That is what I got but they are a size smaller for sure . Run small. Had to return.
These run extremely small. I take an 8 & ordered an 8.5 but I could not get these on. In addition I ordered 2 pairs of black but received 1 in pink.
Too heavy and too big by at least a whole size. I wear size 10 in everything and this boot in size 10 was huge. Very cute boots though .
I purchased both a size 8 and 9 in the yellow rain boot. I wear mostly a size eight in all shoes and these in the 8 where to small in the top of the toe area, and uncomfortable. There was no size 8.5 on amazon so I ordered the 9 - way too big. After searching all around I finally found them in an 8.5 on REI's website (also has free shipping - and bonus $20 less then amazon's price.) REI list the yellow rain boot as being yellow and white - but the ones I received are just like Amazon pictured them - all yellow with a brown sole. The 8.5 is a great fit, and I can still wear them with a thicker sock. For comparison I wear a size 7 in hunter boots, but need a 8.5 in these. My calves are about 14.5 and these boots fit over skinny jeans. The opening of the boot is about 15.5.These boots are super cute! The yellow color is as pictured on Amazon a deep gold color - which goes perfect with just about every color pant, skirt or shorts.
