Dear Customers Service,I ordered these lovely sandals on July 3, 2020. I finally received the sandals in August. The first time I wore the shoes, the sandal broke. See attached photo. I have sent multiple messages to resolve the issue. You requested a photo. I have been trying to figure out how to attach the photo. I’ve tried safari, chrome, Firefox and the app on my IPhone but no luck with attaching the photo. I even had my IT guy look at it. He couldn’t figure it out either. After sending many messages, I asked for an email address where I could send the photo. The seller “LC“ responded that “Amazon policies do not allow us to share any email address and to try the mobile app in order to have pictures attached, these can also dropped on your message “ I also tried the app but the only way for me to attach a picture is in the review product section.I am leaving a negative response because your customer service is terrible! I hope now, since the photo is attached you will please exchange the sandals for another pair. And I promise I will never do business with you again. Horrible experience!
