When it comes to comfortable footwear, the HAFLINGER GZL Clog stands out due to its thoughtful design and superior materials. The upper is crafted from 100% natural wool felt, which is not only soft against the skin but also provides excellent insulation. Whether it’s a chilly winter day or a warm summer evening, you’ll find this clog maintains an ideal temperature for your feet.
The interior features a wool-lined insole that enhances breathability and moisture absorption. This means that even after hours of wear, your feet remain dry and comfortable—a crucial factor for those who spend long periods on their feet. The midsole consists of a combination of cork and latex, offering supportive cushioning while still being flexible enough to allow for natural foot movement.
One of the standout features of the HAFLINGER GZL is its contoured heel seat, designed to cradle your heel properly and reduce fatigue during prolonged wear. The rocker heel design also facilitates a natural walking motion, making it an ideal choice whether you're running errands or lounging at home.
Moreover, the rubber outsole is non-skid, which provides excellent traction on different surfaces. This versatility means you can comfortably wear them indoors or take them outside without worrying about slipping.
In summary, the HAFLINGER GZL Clog combines style, comfort, and functionality, making it an ideal shoe choice for anyone looking to invest in their foot health.

Shoes come off the minute we walk into our house, so a shoe that can provide support and is comfortable is a must. My husband discovered Haflinger clogs several years ago. At first, he was a bit reluctant--they are a bit costly for something he considers a slipper. However, they fit him perfectly, are solid and are very comfortable. They have a formed, cork sole with a rubberized bottom, so they don't slip. My husband is 78, is on his feet a lot, loves that these are slip-on yet secure, and has decided that they are worth the money since they meet all his needs and last for years. They can be worn outside, if you wish, since they are sturdy enough and look good. He's tried a couple of other brands, but comes back to Haflinger each time since his experience with them has been outstanding. He definitely recommends them.
I was happy with my old Haflinger clogs, but cheaped out when I needed to replace them. The ones I ordered were far inferior in fit and comfort to the Haflingers. The price difference was about $50, but well worth it. They are true to size. The cork soles create a perfect fit and are comfortable on the feet, the workmanship is excellent. Based on previous experience with the same model, I expect these to last a long time, and will not miss the extra cash I spent on them. If I need to replace these, I'll get the Haflingers in the first place.
I’ve wanted Haflinger shoes for a long time so was happy to find neutral colored ones at a lower price. They have good arch support, are comfortable and look nice. I wear 7.5-8 US so ordered size 8. They are perfect with heavy socks, but I got insoles so that they don’t flop around when I wear lighter weight or no socks.
I have to wear them with thick socks but they're my favorite shoes! I have 2 pairs. I measure a 4.5-5 and ordered a 35. Right length but my feet don't fill them out well width wise. Winter socks solved the problem though!
I haven't taken these slippers off (whenever I'm at home) since the day I purchased them! They are very comfortable, and though they are slightly too wide and too long on my feet (I wear 5.5 and these start at 6), I feel they are supportive. Because they are slightly large, they are not as easy to keep on my feet when I'm barefoot since they become too loose and clunky! I only wish they made one size smaller or 1/2 sizes. Us petite-sized feet people need quality shoes, too!My other concern is that the cork sole seems to be made with the newer cork substitution that one finds with wine bottles. I assume that this does not compromise the quality of the sole or the support. So far the felt on top and the sole seem to be holding up very well, so most likely this won't be a big issue. It's just that it's advertised as cork, when it's not really...
These are particularly good for wearing around my house in MN during the winter months when it tends to be a bit chilly, even inside. Good arch support, warm, comfortable.
My first pair of Haflingers lasted through at least ten falls/winters/springs of hard around-the-property wear before they finally got holes this year. I had re-glued them several times. They kept going and going, but I decided they must be close to final implosion. I bought this new pair, which I love just as much. I wear them in the house mostly, but they do make quick trips outside.I wear B width shoes, but my feet are narrowish. These clogs are really too wide for me, but I make them work by using wool insoles, which I also purchase here on Amazon. I suppose thick socks would be okay, but here in Texas that can be too warm, even in the middle of winter (well, except for winter 2020 but let's not revisit that). I do wear regular socks with them when my ankles are cold, but most of the time I don't wear socks and simply embrace the fact that they're a bit large. The length is true to size. Love the arch support.
These shoes run large. Beware the relatively short return window.
