I got these clogs to replace my Birkenstock clogs that were too clunky and wide. These are so comfortable and very well fitted. Seems to be good quality made as well. I love the wool and am excited to wear them in colder upcoming months. They definitely seem durable for outdoors. They seem very true to size, but more form fitting than Birkenstocks which can be too wide in my opinion. I might get a second pair in the near future!
These shoes/slippers are wonderful!! I did order a whole size down according to reviews and they fit perfect. I usually wear an 8 and I ordered a 7. They fit like a glove and will only get better. Seriously, I’m so happy. I have a feeling they’ll last me a decade like so many people claim! Great quality, color is beautiful, support is great, good sole grip. Highly recommend!
I love this shoe. It is comfortable and warm, but not too warm. I have been wearing these shoes for close to 25 years, and am always so glad to get a new pair. They only last 4-5 years, but I wear them hard. The size is true.
I've looked at these shoes off and on for years, and I never saw the point of spending this much -- even bought knock offs. Finally the price was good and I splurged. After a bout of plantar fascitis, I splurged. They are the most comfortable shows I've ever worn -- and I wear many of the top comfort brands. The wool breathes, and I wear them in the summer in the south. Can't wait to get them on, and like another reviewer, have accidentally work them out of the house. I'd announce when I'm getting the next ones, but they wear like iron, so who knows? Worth it!
A well made and good looking slipper/shoe. Unfortunately the fit was bigger than expected. I wear a 7.5 U.S. regular normally and the "sizer" suggested an 8. However, ia happy ending ... I gave them to my Mom who does like them and fits them better. Which meant, I did shop again.
Wool is kind of water repellent for spills but TO WASH use truly cold water so as not to shrink the wool, AND stuff the clogs well to make the proper shape, leave stuffed until totally dry.The generous cut may feel too big or too wide for some. You may need to order down, if you are half size for sure go down not up in size. Haflinger clog is the only "slipper" I wear now in my all tile floor home. .With lumbar and cervical issues plus aging, it is good to use a solid shoe when walking on hard floors. This clog has the cork soles which fully adapt to the shape of my feet. CUSTOM fit results. The foot bed has a raised arch to offer support. Picture shows my new, unworn shoes next to my DAILY, ALL-DAY WEAR pair from purchase mid-March 2019 - so over 2 years of wear on those. As you can see, the backs do wear down in time while the remainder stays remarkably whole. I have tried different sizing but it is apparent that the heel rubbing the back does wear the felt down.
I love these slippers! I've struggled with Plantar Fasciitis on and off for years and these provide support and comfort. With the cork sole, they last forever too and the supportive insole holds up over time. The material keeps my feet comfortable year-round. Cool enough in summer and warm in Winter. I've bought Haflinger slippers for years for the whole family. Every pair I buy is quality-made and long-lasting.
