These boots are VERY stiff out of the box because the leather is high quality and thick. I soak them down twice about a week apart with RW "All Natural Boot Oil" and they soften up like butter and mold to my foot. Re-oil twice every year and they'll stay comfortable. It'll make the leather uppers last several years too if you keep them oiled. Without oil, a year or so is all they'll last in the workplace.
well the boots are very good. but there is a problem how it was sowed left foot back on the heel the sowed is over lap too height and rubes on back of my foot. .. poor made and they do run big...
I ordered one size larger and x wide and could not get my foot in it, the top of my foot was too big. If I had cut the sides of the tongue I think they would fit. I sent them back and got a fast refund.
Best work boot I have ever owned. I am a machinist and am on my feet on concrete floors for 10 hours a day. Soles grip coolant and oil soaked floors well. Took two or three days to break in. They get more comfortable every day. Recommend getting mink oil to keep them lasting for many years. Very soft thick leather. High quality all the way around. I am going to buy a pair of non steel toe for non work boots. I've owned keen, danner, haix and red wings but these boots are my favorite and most comfortable.
Awesome boot! It's definitely one of the best looking boots in my opinion, real simple look to it and a great color. This is my first pair of work boots with a wedge sole and that's is probably all I will ever buy from now on. The sizing says fits as expected and that's true. I wear a size 10 in red wings which is a half size smaller than my normal size so I originally bought a size 10 in these. didn't work out so well. I would buy the same size boot that you wear in tennis shoes. But overall I walk about 6 miles a day at work and they have been fine the first week. A little. Bit of break in time so far but I am very happy with them.
Freaking great boot they usually last me about a year then the phone gets pushed down so much it hurts to wear.
first pair of georgia boots, not very impressed. It might be because I am used to boots with a heel. Either way for the price i would rather wear catiplillar for 30 dollars cheaper.
Coming from a red wing king toe, it's a tight boot I should have ordered the wide. Very comfortable right out of the box.
