The shoe was sized correctly but the instep wasn't very deep.

Bought these for my Dad and he loves them
Very well made. Too much faux fur inside the shoe, which causes the fit of the slipper. If you enjoy wearing an inside slipper without socks, I wouldn’t recommend this item
Not saying it’s a bad product.My feet are wide at the front and narrow at the heel, sou bought the wife’s. I got them and tried one on and my toes to fit pretty well, but my heels had too much room in the back and would slip from side to side, it’s practically the same width the whole way down the shoe. I’m not the only person whose feet are like this as well, I’m sure someone else is either squishing their toes when their heel fits, or rubbing their heels raw while their toes fit fine.It feels like a great quality shoe and I would’ve loved it if they fit, I certainly don’t want to knock the quality, it’s just kinda disappointing that I can’t wear them.
Maybe I'll keep them for house shoes. Bought 10.5wide because I have chunky feet but the fit on these is really weird. They flare out on the sides where the leather is stitched for the back slide section. It's almost like there's too much leather material around the back. Toes fit fine but the heel is really loose. Glad I got these on sale but still debating on a return.Disappointed. I really wanted to love these.
