I wasn't sure I would like these shoes because they looked sort of "old ladyish," but when I received the and tried them on, I was hooked. They are stylish and look very good on my feet and have a nice heel height. PLUS they are super comfortable. They are keepers for sure and I feel I will wear them a lot when toe exposing weather is here.
My mom ( 88 yrs old ) and I were shoe shopping in Bloomingdale's on Thursday for a graduation that Sunday. She needed something comfortable but didn't want an " old lady " shoe. She found the Gentle Souls Lee Wedge in Putty. Perfect! BUT... Of course Bloomingdale's didn't have her size in Putty... only Black. She was so disappointed! When we asked the sales girl if she could order them from another Bloomingdale's and expedite the shipping she said the earliest we would have the shoe was 5-7 business days, even if we paid for the express shipping! Useless, and we got a bit of an attitude from the staff! SO...right there on the spot I logged into my Amazon account and there were the exact shoes we needed! Perfect size and color! AND the overnight shipping was $4.95!! Oh and BTW the shoes were $30 cheaper which put us $25 ahead of the game! Being a Prime member I used my one-click purchase without having to put any information in and VOILÀ we were done! My mom was literally amazed and Bloomingdale's was annoyed! Lol! By Friday afternoon my mom had her shoes which were very comfortable and really cute. As usual Amazon pulled through! No muss/ No fuss one-click shopping! And as for the shoes... My mom is the most difficult fit when it comes to shoes! Usually having to try on several pairs and finding nothing after all the hassle. These shoes were an instant hit so that says A LOT! Thank you Amazon for coming to the rescue AGAIN!!!

I had purchased a pair of shoes from the same maker. They look very dressy for casual and evenings.
Did not fit right, not comfortable, hurt. and it did not look right on the feet.This is my third pair of shoes that I have ordered from Amazon, all shoes that I have worn for years andbeing comfortable and all had to be returned. Same with my husband house slippers that had been worn forabout 10 years and then had to be returned. Ordered from some place else and after wearing for 18 monththey are still like new.I have come to the believe that Amazon sell shoes from sellers that sell copycats shoes or rejects, Will never order shoes again from Amazon.
