The shoes are very comfortable. The leather is very soft and no need to break in. I am to wear them during travel in warm weather. They are perfect for any kind of clothing. They do look very classy and pricier than they really cost. love them.
I love Frye boots and shoes and own several pair. I bought these for travel; slip-on is easy at the airport and the sneaker footbed would (hopefully) be good for walking. I have arthritis and neuroma in my feet so need comfort but don't want it to look like old lady shoes. The minute I put these on I knew I had a winner. Cushy footbed with adequate support for walking. Stylish but not too juvenile for a mature lady. I am curious to know how these shoes perform on my upcoming trip.EDIT: I've had these shoes for over a year and they are my go-to travel shoes. Held up to two weeks of sightseeing in Japan, multiple travel trips in the US, and another overseas trip a couple of months ago. Still look nearly new. I have plantar fascitis, arthritis, and a neuroma in my feet, and this Frye model does provide adequate support and toe box room. Worth every penny. Will buy another pair to hold in reserve when I inevitably wear the current pair out!
These shoes are so comfortable! Frye has a reputation for high quality products, so I was happy to find these shoes at such a good price. Very pleased with my purchase. However, I am a bit concerned as they came repackaged (specified -- due to damage in transit) , and the soles appear to have some dirt or wear. I suspect these were part of a highway/traffic or warehouse accident? That being said--still worth the price, and I won't return them.

I love the way these shoes look, but I got them for a work conference in Vegas and I would have been better off wearing heels the whole time. They are a very tight leather and it does not like to expand very easily. They look gorgeous, but the feel miserable if you have flat feet like mine. Cute for not having to walk a ton, but these are not conference, amusement park, mall, or sightseeing approved in my book unfortunately. I kept them, but i wear them with caution.
Very comfy! I don’t wear socks and they fit perfect! 8.5, my normal size fit for these shoes too.
These are surprisingly comfortable shoes. I live in a city and walk everywhere and have had no pain with these. I think they run small so I'm glad to have ordered half a size up. Since these are leather I expected a break in period but no break in was required.
This new one is too narrow compared to the ones i bought 4 years ago.
