These pumps fits great and is very elegant and comfortable for hours of walking. The quality of the material is very good. This is a lifetime pair of pumps.
This is my third pair of THIS shoe. I have other Fly London's and generally, the same applies. Whenever I purchase it, it's so tight that it hurts my foot to wear. I mean it's the kind of pain that you get when you've been on your feet for several hours in heels that hurt when you first put them on. Yeah, they are THAT painful. However, after a few days, the leather gives ALOT and it's a perfect fit. This shoe WILL HURT initially, but if the length of the shoe is suitable, stick with it, wear it in and you won't be disappointed. Just be sure not to get them wet as the leather will give TOO much. Then you'll go from a way too tight shoe to a shoe that will flop off of your foot. Yeah. The leather is that giving, but it's a WONDERFUL shoe. I wear them everywhere with just about anything as my style is primarily casual.
I have 2 pairs of Yaz Fly London shoes and love them! I was disappointed with this pair because they are a little smaller and tighter. I normally wear size 8 shoe and ordered the 39 as usual. They seem a little shorter in length and I haven't decided if I will return them. Also, the color is more of a cranberry red and darker than I expected. I should have listened to others who reported they ran small...6/14/2014 I did return them and am happy I did even though they were a GREAT price. Sizing is not consistent. I have two pair that were made in Portugal and they are terrific. This latest pair was made in China. Perhaps that accounts for the difference in fit.
I really wanted these shoes to work. I purchased my usual 37 and it was way too big. Even tried to get the shoe repair person to give me some kind of insert. He said it was hopeless. Ordered the 36 which is supposed to be 5-5 1/2 and it was true to size and too small. Disappointed as this was sent from Planet Shoes so it cost me $13 to find out the shoe will not work. I wrote to Fly London to ask about it but so far no reply. I recommend that you purchase two pairs (usual and one size down) to so that you don't have two rounds of shipping to cover. The shoe appears to be beautifully made and very likely to hold up.
