Shoe was great looking but seem to run too small. I couldn’t get them on

The shoe is hard and not comfortable. If I had known how uncomfortable the shoe would be after 30 minutes I NEVER would have purchased them. I wore them outside once and then realized how bad they really were. Wish I could still return them because I will not wear them again!
Fit is great. Roomy but not overly big. Comfortable and stylish. I seem to have good luck with this brand. Been wearing them for 30 years.
