the style and comfort of the shoe ,have wore them for 30years
Great shoes when you get the size right. I had to send the first pair back because they run tight. But with the try and buy, it is not an issue. The second pair were perfect. I really like the look and style.
My feet are flat and narrower than most. I had purchased this same shoe several years ago and was very pleased with the product. I was happy to learn that it was still available when time came for a replacement. My order was filled and delivered promptly. Like my first pair, these shoes are a perfect fit for me.
After being disappointed with a number of slip on semi-dress loafers from Amazon, I went back to Florsheim, a brand that has always worked for me. I’ve worn their dress shoes for years and have always had good results with fit, construction and price. The leather upper is nice and a good value for the $65 I paid. I don’t think I would pay the nearly $100 I saw them listed at later. However, unlike previous Florsheim shows I’ve owned, these have had a break-in period. Also, I would agree with what some have observed about these running a little narrow/small. If you’re wearing dress socks with them, you’ll probably be ok with your usual shoe size after they break in. But for thicker socks, go up 1/2 size. In summary, they’re good shoes that look nice and make a solid choice for semi-dress occasions.

Just what is a 11. 0 D? There seems to be a manufacturer standard in sizing...shoes, pants, however, it is nowhere good enough for the buyer-user. Shoe size is getting like pants size ---- I wear a 35 waist (choice is 34 or 36 and neither fit right ----pants length 31 ( Choice is size 30 or 32) neither fits right - size 30 shows your socks, size 32 almost under the heel of the shoe.SHOE--Example --The Florsheim Milano Slip-on Loafer 11 D- left shoe is too tight and I can hardly walk without pain --.the right shoe is an OK! The shoe size is the same as my Bostonian slip-on loafer, but not even close to the same fit!Disappointment --in the Florsheim Milano Slip-on Loafer shoe. If only the fit and function matched the appearance, the shoe would be great. I would have ordered the Bostonian shoe to begin with but the Bostonian shoe size ( 11.0.D) was not available!. So the Florsheim shoe (Milano Slip-on Loafer) appeared to be a good looking shoe and available in my shoe size.Wrong! as noted, the size is not the same (see above comments)... .
