These boots are fantastic. They're well-balanced, so even with a high platform, they're easy to walk in. They're incredible looking and feeling, and even after hours your feet will not hurt. They go well with kilts, skirts, shorts and jeans! If you don't get compliments and appreciation for them, I'd be surprised, as I get all sorts of (positive) reactions for them!
It's a gorgeous and well made shoe. Looks fantastic and is sturdy. But the buckles go so high on the leg, and they really don't extend at all. It wouldn't fit my calves.

i wore these maybe 30 steps and the sole broke off of the bottom. then after an hour the other one broke off. i got them today and put them on today
Beautiful shoe but it came to me with a mostly smoked joint stuck to the bottom of the shoe and I really don't appreciate being sent drugs, especially being in a state that hasn't legalized marijuana.. the platform was also coming unglued from the shoe before I even tried them on so that's super disappointing

I am a solid 8 all the time. I got an 8 and had to exchange for a 9. They are a beautiful shoe and very easy to walk in. I recommend 100 percent....just go up 1 size.
My 15 year old granddaughter truly wanted these shoes. It was the only "wish" on her Christmas list. I bought them & she was thrilled. They fit perfectly and she got lots of complements at a family Christmas event. She was planning to wear them the next day at another family event and she didn'teven get out their front door when the right foot sole separated to the heel exposing longish staples and shoddy workmanship. To say she was devastated, is a huge understatement.
