Excellent shoes. I dance for 8 hrs a night 4 nights a week and I can wear these comfortably all night. They take a few days to break in (the strap across the toe knuckles rub and irritate until you do), but well worth the money. I exclusively buy Ellie or Pleaser brand, as they are the most comfortable and practical and cost-worthy. Ellie has not failed me here. The arch is well-padded and the shoes are appropriately sized. I normally take a 6.5 in regular shoes and a 6 in sandal platforms such as these and they fit perfectly.
I bought these for my pole fitness class. Everyone had at least 1 pair so I figured I needed some as well. They fit quite snug and will need to be broken in. I followed what others said and went 1 size bigger. I'm usually a size 8 but bought a size 9. Glad I did. I also have flat feet so it's more comfortable a well.
I've worn this type of shoe before and tried them on in the store.These shoes run small and while it was comfortable on the bottom of my foot, the plastic across the toe was SUPER SUPER TIGHT. I returned them because I can't have my foot hanging off the back. I recommend maybe going a size up if unsure
Bought these shoes for my wedding because my husband is about 14 inches taller than me. Everyone thought I was going to break an ankle. They worked wonders in giving me a 7 inch boost, and were stable enough that I could do simple foxtrot and waltz dances in them (though I bought extra straps to ensure stability). They are nicely padded, and have non-slip surfaces both on the foot side and on the soles. I wore them from 2 PM until 10 PM before my feet hurt and I had to take them off. They made me look great in the pictures and prevented him from having to stoop very low to kiss me. Very pleased. Was really a great bargain.
The shoes were really tight for ordering my regular size , they were brittle and broke in two wears . I was initially going to return them and i just should’ve .
I bought these heels for my birthday. I was so scared to walk in these heels because I thought they were gonna be uncomfortable, but BABYY these are the most comfortable heels I’ve ever walked in! I wore them 2 days out of my whole vacation and had an easy time with them. I definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to purchase. They’re worth the money and they’re true to size
Ordered these for my pole class. My normal shoe size is 7.5, and sometimes 8 if it runs small. My feet are also on the narrow/skinny side, so it is a challenge to find strappy & open toe shoes that my feet won't slip through. Based on reviews & blogs that said this brand runs smaller & narrower than Pleaser, I ordered an 8. While it fit in length, there was ample room in the toe strap, and the ankle strap was too large--I would have had to make extra holes. The patent material in the toe area is not very soft/flexible, and the top seam cut hard into my big toe. While it is a nicely made, beautiful shoe, it did not fit my foot well, and had to be returned.
As with any of the Ellie heels these are amazingly comfortable and very easy to walk in. A great shoe for dancers or beginners these are extremely stable and well made. Unfortunately, I had to return them as the vamps are a bit smaller than other styles I own in Ellie Shoes. Most of my Ellie Shoes are a size 11 but a few, such as these, I would need a size 12. The return was flawless and the customer service was excellent.
