The boots look great! They fit snug on my calves (I’m 230lbs) and they’re not comfortable but no cosplay shoes ever are without modifications. My advice would be to scuff up the bottom of the heel a bit because otherwise they’re a bit slick on hard floors. And gets yourself some gel insoles
I bought these to use with my Captain Marvel costume. My calves are on the bigger size, so most boots are either tight around them or don’t fit. These are snug around my calves, but I’m able to zipper them, and they look great! They come up to a height that’s higher than mid-calf but lower than my knee. (I’m 5’4”.) They are comfortable, flattering, and work perfectly with my costume. They’d work really well for Sailor Moon, She-Ra, and Wonder Woman (duh) as well!
I bought this for a sailor moon cosplay! I wear a 10.5 in US shoes women. That wasn’t an option! I did size up to an 11! I don’t regret that. It fits with some room to spare! They are soft insoles as well. The heel is manageable enough to walk in a comic con all day! It is a little tight in the calf, but I made it work!
They were super comfortable. I wore them for over 4 hours at Dragoncon, which if you’ve been you’d know how much walking that can be. I did alter them with painting but otherwise great product and quality.
Very satisfied with the fit and the size
I was pleasantly surprised by these boots. I had to go up one more size from what I usually wear, but other than that I am in love -- they are comfortable, fit well, and look nice. I had the expectation that these would be lower quality, but they are actually quite nice. I would definitely reccomend these.
My calf is 17ins around so I can't be mad that it didn't fit. The description says 16ins, so I couldn't zip up obviously. The shoe is BEAUTIFUL tho. I'm upset I have such big calves. but I order a size 10 which is one size up from my normal size and it was tight for the foot part too.
I wear a 7 and have a slightly wide foot. My body shape is petite and the boot came below my knee which is what I wanted. The boots zip up so I was worried they may be too tight on my legs but they weren't. They fit great! I am 5'2 and weigh 125.....I feel that if I weighed a bit more I may have had trouble zipping them up.These are a great buy. Look great!
