The Eddie Bauer Women's Lincoln Mid Hiking Boots stand out in various aspects that make them suitable for outdoor enthusiasts. Firstly, the lightweight nature of these boots allows you to maintain agility on trails, minimizing fatigue during longer excursions. The combination of suede leather and mesh not only adds durability but also optimizes airflow, keeping your feet cool as temperatures rise.
What sets these hiking boots apart is the innovative drainage system integrated into the outsole. This feature proves invaluable when navigating through streams and puddles, preventing water accumulation inside the boots and allowing for quick drying. Whether you're crossing a creek or hiking in wet conditions, these boots hold up impressively.
The ultra-grippy outsole made from thermoplastic rubber (TPR) helps you stay stable on treacherous terrain such as wet rocks and muddy paths. Coupled with the cushioned collar, it locks your ankle securely, providing confidence during more challenging scrambles.
Moreover, the two-tone foam midsole delivers exceptional cushioning, absorbing shock effectively and ensuring that your joints remain protected against the rigors of hiking. This thoughtful engineering seeks to minimize wear and tear on your body, making your outdoor adventures comfortable in both the short term and long term.
While the boots do require some time to break in, the comfort they offer once adjusted is worth the effort. Still, potential buyers should note the limited color selections and the fact that they are not fully waterproof, which may be a consideration for those venturing into consistently wet environments.

They look well made and were a cheap option for my first hiking boot. They feel amazing. So lightweight. Haven't had a single blister. The ankle support is dreamy. Walked through several creeks and my feet did not get wet. The traction is amazing. Ive put about 10 miles of wear on them this week and I'm very happy. Nice price point. I paid 45.
Great little shoes. Very warm and comfortable!
I purchased these boots because everybody was saying how comfortable they are. I don't know if it's just the pair I got or what but there is not much padding on the bottom of the boot. It feels like I am walking without an insole in there. I have purchased some gel inserts to see if it makes it any better. The way they were shipped to me there is no way I would go on any form of a hike even if it was only a mile. I bought these for a fall hike of 8 mi. They wouldn't have made it. I'll have to figure out how to make them a little more comfortable. The fit on them is great it's just the insert is not good. I don't think I would buy this brand of boot again.
Comfortable right out of the box - I had a last minute trip and would be out on rocky uneven ground and needed good hiking shoes. I was dreading the blisters from an almost 50 mile week with new shoes. I hiked all week with no blisters and the boots were comfortable and supportive! Great boots!
Like the way they look and feel!
Put these on out of the box and went on a 6-mile hike. They were great! No problems at all. Tongue stays put, have good traction. Good boot.
Could’ve done a 9.5 but since that’s not an option I chose the 10. Usually a 9 in adidas and an 8 in llbean boots. Nice looking and can’t beat the price
I liked these boots, they looked good, seemed good quality fit nicely and we’re comfortable. I wore them three times for short periods of normal wear and was shocked to find that the toes of the boots were peeling! Not happy.
