I love the weight and feel of these boots. Ecco makes wonderful footwear. They are comfortable and they look great. I must admit that I walk on a concrete floor 5 days a week and my feel do begin to hurt throughout the day. They are very durable but I have had a few pair where some sticking may come loose.
Most comfortable boot made. I have had had surgery on both feet and these are about the only thing I can wear. They also last and last. The leather will wear out before the soles show any wear. Expensive but worth every penny!!!
I have worn versions of the Ecco Track II "low" version for years and always enjoyed them. For "high tops", I was relying on an old pair of Mephisto boots until they finally gave out after ~20 years. Since I have been so pleased with my other Ecco products, I ordered these for an upcoming World Cruise where we expect to have more than a few excursions which might be safer with the additional ankle support that these offer. (My wife thought that the Track 25s were too clunky, so she ordered the "ECCO Women's Soft 7 TRED Gore-TEX High Sneaker" which she now loves. As indicated, the Track 25 High Hiking Boot fits exactly as expected. So far the materials are the same high quality I was expecting. Hope this helps!
I wore out my previous pair that I had for years. I was pleased to find they still had the same boot available. The quality and comfort are the same.
I work for UPS so I’m on my feet a lot. Boots are comfortable and keep my feet dry!! Gave them a four just for the fact the seam around the toes doesn’t hold up the greatest.
I have been wearing these shoes for over 25 years. They fit like they are your best friend for your feet. The only draw back is this, do not buy them as a "special occasion" shoe where they are only wore 3, 4 or 5 times a year. The soles will come apart. Buy them, wear them NOW. They will last 4 or 5 years, max.But all in all they are wonderful or I would not have been wearing them for this many years...Also, they fit a little narrow which is prefect for someone like me who wears a 14B...
