So, I finally broke down and went to an old-school custom shoe store and found out that I'm a 2E! I was so upset thinking that I had to resign myself to ugly nurse shoes for the rest of my life, but OMG, these shoes are so cute and actually comfortable! There are a bunch of things I love about them other than the comfort (which can't be overstated). I love that the bottoms have a rubber layer that quiet the steps so that they're not super loud, I love the solid and wide heel that provides stability, and I love the stylized strappy detail that takes focus away from how wide my foot is. This is a dream shoe for everyday business casual.
A very pretty shoe, runs half size small...had to return, so sad I liked it...seller charges a return fee which I dont like, oh well ! I dont have a choice, I dont know anyone they would fit.
I have purchased this brand in the same size for years, but for some reason these are way too big. They fall off with every step! I have tried inserts to adjust the size (unfortunate to need to do that on a new pair of shoes) and that didn't work, either. Wore them twice and will now have to donate them. Bummer.
The shoe fits, but on the interior where the diagonal band is sewn in, it rubs the toe. Purchased the same size as I usually do and the length fits. Something in the construction where the band is sewn does not 'give' or stretch enough. Second pair of shoes purchased online and will probably be my last. You need to be able to try on shoes and walk around in a store to determine if the fit is good.
It's beautiful shoe, the only problem I had that it was a bit to large.
I'll never buy any heel without the extra width. Total game changer. These were comfy and easy to wear.
