Love the style and they are very comfortable
I decided I needed shoes since I've purchased a few outfits recently and these casual black mules were a perfect choice. I love the fit, I'm was slightly shocked at how comfortable they were to wear. They are really light and the style makes my feet look fantastic, I like these shoes. I'm considering a second pair in a different color. I can't comment on any external wear and tear such as peeling because they're new. I will update my review only if there is sufficient damage to report.
When I bought these they were a little narrow. I wear a med. width and that is what I ordered.I put on a sock and wore them around the house to see if they would stretch a little and they have but with socks they are still tight. They did stretch a little. With Bare feet or a thin stocking they fit fine. I have tendonitis in my heel and when I wear these all say long my heel does not hurt. I love them!
This 9 1/2 N is smaller than my older Easy Street Mule size 9 N I had purchased a few years ago! Same brand, but the shoe has changed. The new version I bought has a thinner insole and less 'cushion' than the older mule. It's also more narrow than my older pair and is actually SHORTER in length. I wish I had returned it or ordered a size 10 medium.
Not so sure these were the real thing… soles were glued in crooked. Pretty to look at but tight across the toes (and I have a narrow foot). The material felt like some sort of plastic. I returned them!

I've always loved Easy Spirit shoes for their comfort, but these don't measure up to that standard. There is very little paddling in the sole, so walking any distance actually leaves my feet feeling bruised . The tread is also very slippery, so you have to be careful when walking. I do, however, love the look and style.
