I read some reviews describing this shoe as a bit small. I found it to be very roomy. I had to return a larger size and reorder in my regular size. The sole appears not to be padded, but it has padding on the inside. I just received the right size today so I have yet to wear them for a work day, but I have no doubt theey will be very comfortable.
I've never put on a more comfortable shoe - especially right out of the box. They are a bit snug...but I think another 1/2 size up would be too big. I suspect they will stretch just enough after a few wearings. Given the comfort (great heel height and width + built-in cushion make then perfect for my plantar fascitis) plus the fact that they are relatively stylish - I'll be buying this shoe in other colors.
Oh my, oh my, ouch, ouch and more ouch! I wear a 7 1/2 and I couldn't even stand up and walk a few feet they hurt sooooo bad. The back rubs, rubs, RUBS. Like the looks, but would be in misery if I tried to wear them. Going back.
After giving them up a couple of decades ago, I rarely wear heels anymore but need to have a pair for those occasions/outfits when flats just won't do. I have wide feet and issues after a crush injury that make buying any shoes difficult, let alone heels. The straps on these shoes help to camouflage my scars and give me a more secure feeling when wearing pumps (tho' the straps need to be placed and sometimes readjusted during wear). I followed advice from other reviewers and ordered a half size larger than usual and definitely recommend doing so! The toe box is comfortable and gives a little, the straps don't dig in and the backs don't cut into my heel or slip. The soles don't grip very well (I added some non-skid pads). All-in-all a good buy for relatively comfortable, relatively good looking low heels for when I have to. :-)
I found these in a brick and mortar over a year ago and bought them in gray. I quickly bought them in black and in a cream/stone color too because they are so comfortable. Now I am just hoarding them because they are discontinued and in case something happens to my current pairs I want back ups.
The shoe is really cute and comfortable. The heel was the right size for me and I never felt wobbly like I do on some shoes. I wore them with a formal navy long gown for my son's wedding and they looked great! My feet did hurt but that was because I was on them for over 8 hours. I am really glad I purchased these shoes
These shoes are very comfy and great heel height. They seem to run about 1/2 size small. My problem with them is that my heel slips out of the back even though I couldn't possibly wear a smaller size. Also, the bottoms do not have any skid resistance and are very slippery on tile or wood floors. I'm afraid I'm going to break an ankle at work. I love the way they look and feel but those two factors are causing me to return.
These shoes looked fabulous. But, they seemed to run large. I normally wear a 9 wide or 9.5 medium. These shoes kept falling off my feet. They also were uncomfortable.
