These clogs are beautiful, easily can be used for the special occasions as well as a part of an every day outfit. I purchased them as a gift for my aunt and she loves them. I ordered wide, and they very slightly runs larger than expected. Also, they arrived as promised.
The shoe itself is very well made and beautiful. I would have loved to keep it, but I ordered a wide and needed the wide after having foot surgery, I couldn't fit my foot into it. Yes it's swollen, but not as drastic as it was hence needing the wide. Upon checking the size, a 6.5 M was sent. Not a wide. Called Amazon to return and exchange but I thought I would ask, understanding she may not know the answer, if that is what was considered to be the wide or was wrong one sent? After much back and forth with the response being yes one moment and no the next I decided to just return with no exchange. Didn't want to go through this again. First time ever returning something and I didn't like the process of return.
I can wear an 8 1\2 or 9, but needed a 9 in these shoes in order to not have my heel fold over the back of the shoe.
Shoes were slightly different size/shape. Also there was someone's obviously worn and dirty insole in the box with the shoes. Yuk!Return slow to refund. Has had return for 2 days and still no refund. Buyer beware!
Bought these for a trip, something I could dress up or down and that was comfortable. And they def looked great with a jean or casual pant. And I walked for hours with no problems.
I love the look, but they are just too awkward and heavy.
