Replaced a pair I already had and will buy again
I noticed right away these shoes didn't say easy spirit in the insole like the one in the picture nor did the insole look like my other 15 pair of easy spirit shoes I have bought directly through Easy Spirit.what was the tell all was the way they felt. They did NOT feel like easy spirit shoes and did not have that ES feel of support and comfort. I have gone around and around for over a month giving this 3rd party seller plenty of time to do the right thing and refund my money. Instead he has sent me threatening emails and wants me to spend 10.00 to send these shoes back. Currently I am sick with leukemia and a foot injury preventing me from driving. I am also immunocompromised preventing me from going into a store. I would have to pay someone to drop these off and I am not going to spend anymore money on these off brand shoes. I spent hours on the phone twice with Easy Spirit sending them pics and they said they had nothing with this name that looked like this shoe. I looked all through their catalog and found nothing like this. I have talked to Amazon about 20 times the last month and not gotten any help so far. The 3rd party seller doesn't care enough about his customers to make it right. I would caution you to do some research before you buy from here. Pay the extra $5 for the real deal so you don't have to pay $10 to send back and hope you get your money back. I talked to Easy Spirit corp for a long time and they were upset about this seller as well. Just do your research. I wanted to share my experience with you so you don't have to go through the same thing I have had to do. It defeats the purpose to buy from Amazon then have to run all over the place to pay money to send them back in hopes you get your money back minus the $10 plus gas you have to pay to return them. You live and learn. I am very upset about this. I used a navy Easy spirit shoe to compare to the pink ones I bought from this seller. Notice the huge difference in in insole, shape and bottom of shoe.
