I ordered this shoe in a size 6 from a different store but had to return it because it was too big. They didn't have any smaller sizes but I was able to order the same shoe from Amazon in a 5.5 and it fits perfectly. It is comfortable and seems very sturdy.
Pros: They’re cute, comfortable, lots of cushioning and arch support. Cons: I ordered my normal size and they were huge. I returned them and reordered a smaller size. It fits better, but still a little big. I noticed it said 7 wide on the box and in the shoe. That’s not what I ordered and there isn’t an option to order a wide width, but that’s what I got. That’s probably why the first pair was way to big and I didn’t notice it said wide, since it wasn’t an option.
This is a great yard shoe. It’s comfortable, has some padding, has tread, and slips on and off easily. However, I received a Wide width, even though I didn’t order it (I wear a Medium). The odd thing is Wide width isn’t even offered on the ordering page, so I don’t know what’s up with that. I kept the shoes though, because the width is not overly wide, and will be fine when wearing socks in the colder weather. Also, I ordered a half-size larger after reading the reviews, but I did not need to do that - they are true to size.
When debating whether or not to purchase these or another name brand....these were less expensive and still had the same look. They are VERY comfortable and look cute with crop pants. I usually wear in a size 10 in other brands (such as Crocs, American Eagle, and New Balance) so I ordered a size 10 and they fit perfect. The heel is a little loose but nothing to complain about. Overall, very good quality and comfortable shoe.
It's a boat shoe - it's supposed to get wet, go fishing, work outside or be "abused" and still look decent.I take a 7.5 in most shoes and know sizing can often be a mystery. I ordered a 7.5 and the fit is like second skin. I had a tiny bit of left ankle bone fit issue that just wearing the shoe resolved.I've gotten them wet and any snugness stretches back to a perfect fit again. They stay put on my foot and don't flop when walking. I can stand on my toes and the shoes stay right where they belong. The medium width is just fine for my slightly wide feet. If my feet were less wide, the medium would still be just right. The dye used to make the suede leather browner has collected toward the bottom by the sole during their air dry time but I ignore it figuring that over the years, they will keep getting wet and changing color anyway. I took one star off for that. From the picture I had thought they might be smooth leather but they have a slight nap to them instead of a smoothness. It's actually what I wanted anyway. If stuffing wet bare feet into them means they need some odor remover help until they are washed again, plain baking soda is the best ticket for so many things and doesn't leave behind any bothersome fragrance!!Updated 8/8/2016: These are advertised as "boat shoes" and that's why I wanted them - to actually get them wet and use them to keep me from slipping, not just to look "trendy" at the mall. They continued to bleed color from the leather and it only got worse every time. My toes were stained orange as well any anything that wasn't supposed to be - the laces, the stitching, the mesh, the sole edges.I even soaked them in the sink, hoping to get the dye removed well enough to stop it from darkening where gravity was concentrating it. The water was orange. I wiped the laces and soles - the rag was stained from the leather's dye. I let them air dry outside and the discoloration increased. I'm so sad. They weren't cheap shoes but they look so bad I can't wear them the way I did.
These shoes felt very comfortable however they were too snug on my toes. I'm normally an 8.5 but followed other reviewers and got a half size down 8. They were right length wise, but width wise my big toe needed more space. I am returning them and may order the 8 in a wide. Otherwise very cute, seemingly comfortable aside from the toes.
I LOVE these shoes! Super comfy. I ordered the 9W because I have really wide feet. After trying on a countless amount of Sperry's I was kind of worried to order these. Although these aren't Sperry's, they are the same kind of shoe. As I said, I have a super wide foot so I was worried they would be super tight and not fit. But after reading reviews they were kind of loose to begin with, I took a chance and ordered these.Soooo not disappointed! So much more comfortable then any Sperry's I have tried on, looks great and the cushion inside the shoe is amazing. They are so comfy. After my knee surgery, some shoes hurt my knee to walk in after a little bit. These are been perfect.I buy a lot of shoes because I love shoes and I am officially hooked on these!
I bought these because I had a pair about two years ago that are now discontinued. They had the same style name so I figured they would fit and look the same, but they don't. These fit about a half size bigger and have a longer toe than my old ones. I ordered a 6.5 which was tight on me in my old pair. These ones fit more like a 7. I'm too lazy to return them, I'll just use heel pads, but I was a little disappointed. I liked how the toe was much rounder giving them the moccasin look in my old ones, but these are definitely more "boat" styles. Still really cute and comfortable though and they arrived on time.
