I have zero complaints! You can dress these up or down. Great quality, they're no different from my Birkenstock. I will say you do need to size down. I wear a true size 9 and I had to repurchase these in a size 8 which fit perfectly.
I looked for a pair of winter clogs for over a month and was really picky about the shape, material, etc. I looked at Stegman’s and Rothy’s but both were out of my price range. Finally settled on these despite the reviews bc I loved the wool look and the shape. I got them today and they are exactly as pictured. I don’t understand the reviews about the sizing because these fit perfect in my normal size. Maybe a smidge big but I want that bc I want to wear wool socks with them in the winter. These are not summer shoes so you want some room for socks. If you have a narrow foot, these might be a bit wide but for normal to slightly wide, these are great. My foot width is normal and I love these. As far as comfort, I wouldn’t wear these all day and walk for hours in them but they aren’t meant for that. These are shoes for running errands loafing around the house in. They are exactly what I was looking for! Also- love the shape of the shoe- not too wide or too narrow at the toe area…I didn’t want something looking super clunky like Crocs. Already logging back in to my account to order a second pair in another color.
Shoe is well made and I like the style. They are as comfortable as I would’ve liked, but I do like them and would buy again. The upper hits high on the foot which isn’t the most comfortable for me, but this could be very individual to my foot shape. This is not a cheaply made shoe, I anticipate in them lasting quite awhile.
You can’t get any better than these shoes! I’ve had several pairs of them.

These are super cute and good quality. But the sole is not cushioned, and my feet hurt after wearing them for a while. Would be perfect if they had memory foam in them.
Definitely size down. I wear a 10, but that was way too big. They also don't fit as tight as another brand I had years ago, but I wouldn't say they're wide. They are comfortable and no cork on the sole to crack.
