Users have reported a noticeable reduction in foot fatigue, making these loafers ideal for busy days.
When considering style, the sleek design coupled with the black leather finish allows for easy integration into both casual and more formal wardrobes. Whether you're at the office or out for dinner, these loafers elevate your look effortlessly.
Additionally, the shock-absorbing polyurethane outsole helps in providing traction and stability, reducing slips and falls, which is essential for individuals who are on their feet consistently. I am a 7 1/2 with a flat foot. I owned a different pair of Eastlands for 10 years and decided to try again. I orderd the 7 1/2 W instead of an 8 as I usually do to compensate for the flat feet. These fit perfect. No sliddin up and down on my heel, a little bit of toe room so my toes are not squezzed. I usually have a problem with across the top of my foot the shoe fitting too tightly and taking forever to stretch out. These were perfect. I am so glad I decided to give these a try and they cost less than the ones I had over 10 years ago. The leather is soft, very attractive, and has good traction.
VERY NICE AND COMFY WITH THE FOAM INSOLE. GREAT QUALITY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY GREAT FOR THE PRICE. 5 STAR FOR ME.
Finally! A wide shoe in a style I can use for everyday and even at work! great fit. I ordered the 9 c/d (wide) and its a good fit. I like the style and it seems to be made well. The inner liner is very thin and is easily removable which is great since I did take out for my orthotics. My only issue is that the bottom of the shoes under the ball of your foot does not have much cushion. It looks like it would but it doesn't. The heal part is great and the rubber helps when walking on concrete all day but I'm in search for a good pad to go under my orthodic now to help. The leather is nice, seems well made and I didn't have much break in time.. I hope this is helpful to anyone in search for shoes.
They do arrive a bit stiff and slightly snug. However, one wear will "break them in". I wear them daily for work. I walk miles a day. They usually last 4-6 months before the cushioning and soles start to show wear. I replace them then.
Delivery: fast arrival from Amazon vendor. package arrived on timeAesthetics & Durability: I've bought 3 pairs of these Sharon shoes from Eastland, 2 in black 1 in brown. Right out the box, the leather looks rad and professional. I work in the car industry and sometimes I fetch a car from the car wash to deliver to the client. These shoes have protected me from slipping on wet concrete, asphalt, and marble floors. Unfortunately, the longevity of the shoes do not last long because the bottom of the shoes will peel off and become less slip-resistant.Comfort: Very comfortable. My feet are in between narrow to wide because I've developed high blood pressure and any clothing/wear will snag too tight for me. However, these shoes are great as long as no thick socks are worn. Still, this is based on the shoe wearer and not the fault of the shoes.Overall: Eastland has been my go-to shoes for about two years now and i've bought up 3 different pairs at this point. Because of my working conditions and constant wear down of shoes, I decided to look for another brand that meets the criteria of professional, slip resistant and affordable.
Comfortable with basically no break-in time. I work in the medical field, so I'm on my feet constantly, and a few models of the Eastland shoes are the only ones that have ever worked for me (and yes, I have tried all the "comfortable" brands). I tend to roll my feet in when I walk, so I combine Eastland shoes with Superfeet insoles, and it's the most comfortable combination I've ever found. These black shoes look very much like the pictures in person, and they have a lot of give, with no points that rub uncomfortably. Fit is true to size; I'm normally a 7.5-8 and I get an 8 in Eastlands, and it's always been a decent fit. Professional enough for clinic, comfortable enough for call nights at the hospital.
I was very disappointed upon receiving the Kaitlyn slip on loafer. I bought them as a casual shoe for my mother after browsing shoes for several hours one day. I was looking for a quality genuine leather shoe with a non slip sole. Eastland has been a go-to brand for me for years based on my past experience seeking tumbled leather, top stitching, and solid yet comfortable shoe soles that can withstand hours of daily wear and walking over multiple surfaces from sidewalks to gravel and grass. Unfortunately the Kaitlyn shoes that I received aren't tumbled leather as shown. The white trademark top stitch is very fine and almost not visible. The inside of the shoe says genuine leather but I am hardly convinced. The shoe leather looks cheap, like vinyl. It sure doesn't feel like the Eastland shoes that I knew in the past. The soles feel like hard molded plastic. The insole is memory foam, and the box says "active memory foam" and that is true. The insoles feel nice. As I said the shoes were bought for my mother and they are not my size so I can't speak for what it feels like to wear them and I can only describe what the pair I received look like compared to what is pictured. I think I will be returning them because they are very much not as depicted, and for the money that I paid I really don't feel like I can talk myself into feeling good about giving them and spreading disappointment. I know I'm not alone in the US missing the shoes of decades past that were made in the USA, and I feel a wave of nostalgia for all things that once were made in USA every time I shop for shoes.
Well worth the money I’m able to wear these shoes for long hours at work.
