I bought these shoes for my son. He has always been an exact size 10 but these were a bit loose in the ankle area. So I would say, go down a half-size. They are well-made and look good though. He said they were comfortable but he can't wear them if he's doing a lot of walking, as they slide off, even with foot and ankle pads in the shoes.

Too small by a size ...I wear usually 12D but order 13W and that is too small and too narrow..would like to return if possible...

They arrived quickly, but the sizing was terrible. Even with the thinnest of dress socks, both the length and width were compromised. Very uncomfortable for the 13W.
The shoe leather is nice, fit well. Sharp. The buckle looks a little cheap.
