Love the durability and style of Doc Martin's! The leather is thick and a little stiff at first, only took half a day to break them in. They are so very comfortable and I love the adjustable straps especially since my right foot is slightly larger than my left. I wear an 81/2 shoe and purchased size 38. I love the versatility of this sandal, I literally wear them with everything. I definitely recommend this sandal! 🤩Addendum:3 months later I was wearing them and the buckle on the left shoe broke and fell off!I am extremely disappointed as I expected much more from this brand. Obviously the quality is subparSave your money and buy another brand!
These shoes are not only super, super comfortable, they fit like a glove, hugging your foot, very well made, they will last ne forever, absolutely beautiful in person, love this brand. You know you cannot go wrong with this brand ever. Fit like a glove, walking on clouds, and I have gotten so many compliments on them, they are my new favorite shoe!! A shoe that will not go our of style, always will remain trendy and in! You can wear with anything, a long skirt, short skirt, jeans, shorts, I mean it covers all the wardrobe basics lol Plus, it gives you some height, which I absolutely love. I absolutely love these sandals! They’re super comfortable right out of the box and they fit great. I have very wide and honestly, fat feet (as I’m a plus sized girly) and buying sandals with more than one strap is always a gamble. All of the straps have an adjustable buckle, but surprisingly, I didn’t need to adjust any of them! My only complaint is I wish they had half sizes, as the 9 is a little bit long, but not enough for me to size down to an 8 or return. I’m super pleased with this purchase!!!
As all docs do… these leave blisters where the straps are. I love the sandals and won’t be returning. However I’ve had to restrict how long I wear them especially if sweating because they’ll tear the tops of my feet apart. They may take some wearing in to relieve this.As far as support for your feet, they’re fantastic. I’m on my feet constantly so these have that nice bounce sole that relieves discomfort of being barefoot and can be worn for a long period of time.I ordered a 9 and I wear an 8.5
I have A pair of strapping docs sandals and decided to get these slip ons! They’re so cute, but definitely smaller than my sandals with straps. My heels go right to the edge. Because Docs doesn’t do half sizes, a size up would be too big. They will conform to my feet, Docs always do
Love the brand. These are comfy. I wear 9 on boots and got the same size and it fit perfectly.
Took awhile to break in, but I wore thick socks with them until the leather started to give a bit on the straps and now these are my go to quick shoe. I get so many compliments!
I bought these as an alternative to the Fisherman sandal as I can’t wear the ankle strap due to surgical hardware. These are a great option and honestly really cute! I am usually a 8.5 but I read these ran weird so I tried an 8. The 8 works, but I was *exactly* on the cusp so I ordered a 9 just to be sure and it was too large. I wish they offered half sizes! As a true 8.5, these were hard to say no to but I do wish they were a tiny bit bigger in length. Width was fine. If you’re a *true* 8.5, get a 8 but know that you will be on the cusp. If you’re a large 8.5, go to the 9 but you will have quite a bit of gap above your toes. The gap, however, isn’t really as noticeable from the side view. But it would drive me crazy looking down at my feet and seeing such a large gap. Personal preference!
