Well, let me start by saying that I recently purchased the Deer Stags Men's Sneaker Fashion Boot, and I have to say, I was not impressed. In fact, I would give it a 2 out of 5 stars. Let me explain why.First of all, the name of the shoe is a bit misleading. It's called a "sneaker fashion boot," but I'm not sure what kind of sneaker they were trying to mimic with this design. It's more like a boot that got lost in the sneaker section and decided to blend in. It's like a mullet in shoe form - business on the top, party on the bottom.Secondly, the comfort level of these shoes was not what I was hoping for. I have to admit, I was excited to get a new pair of sneakers that could also double as a boot, but my feet were not happy after wearing them for an extended period of time. The cushioning was lacking, and my feet felt like they were being punished for trying to look stylish. Now, let me get to the funny part of my review. One day, I was walking down the street in my Deer Stags Men's Sneaker Fashion Boots, feeling pretty good about myself. I thought I looked cool and trendy, but apparently, the universe had other plans for me.As I was strutting down the sidewalk, feeling like a fashion icon, I stepped on a rogue banana peel. Yes, you read that right - a banana peel. I couldn't believe it. I thought that only happened in cartoons, but there I was, slipping and sliding like a cartoon character in my "sneaker fashion boots."I ended up falling to the ground, my dignity in shambles, and my shoes covered in banana goo. It was not my finest moment, and I couldn't help but blame it all on the shoes. If they had better traction, maybe I could have avoided that humiliating fall.In conclusion, if you're looking for a shoe that will make you feel like you're in between two worlds - a sneaker and a boot - then the Deer Stags Men's Sneaker Fashion Boot might be for you. But if you're looking for a shoe that will give you comfort and style, I suggest looking elsewhere. As for me, I'll stick to regular sneakers or boots, but never again will I venture into the world of "sneaker fashion boots."There are several parameters to consider when choosing the best men's boots, including:1. Material: The material of the boot will determine its durability, breathability, and water resistance. Some common materials for boots include leather, suede, and synthetic materials.2. Sole: The sole of the boot should provide good traction and support, and be appropriate for the terrain you will be walking on. Some boots have Vibram soles, which are known for their durability and grip.3. Fit: The fit of the boot is crucial for comfort and support. Make sure to try on boots with the socks you will be wearing when using them, and walk around in them to ensure a good fit.4. Style: Boots come in various styles, from dress boots to work boots to hiking boots. Choose a style that fits your needs and personal style.5. Insulation: If you will be using your boots in cold weather, look for boots with insulation to keep your feet warm.6. Waterproofing: If you will be using your boots in wet conditions, look for boots with waterproofing features to keep your feet dry.7. Breathability: If you will be using your boots in warm weather or for extended periods, look for boots with breathable materials to prevent your feet from getting too sweaty.Overall, the best men's boots will have a combination of the above parameters to fit your specific needs and preferences.
Seemed little narrow front part of boot. Kept them, figure will stretch.
They feel bigger than they are because there isn’t a lot of padding Inside. I came back to edit my post because after a few weeks the sole started to come unglued. I had to contact Deer Stags and get the shoes warrantied. I'll give them credit that they warrantied it but now the second pair of shoes is doing the same thing. Just a cheap shoddy shoe.
Outer material marks easily making the shoes look worn. Eyelets at the top of shoe are sharp and cause the laces to fray. Poor design.
These are some of the worst shoes I've ever had. The soles of the shoes felt a bit thin when I bought them and by the next day I could already feel the honeycomb texture of the rubber beneath. That point usually takes months of wear to reach and it was only day two. By the end of the week the lettering had began rubbing off and the soles were coming unglued and falling apart. Maybe I got a bad pair, but I'm not about to spend another $70 to find out.
Bought for my hubby to use when working outside doing yard work. They fit as expected and have held up great outside!
Seriously comfortable boots. Not heavy like many others. Fit true to size. Nice style. Great price.
