Show was good quality and was the right size. But didn't fit right. Turns out I messed up ordering a wide. My fault.
My work needs lots of standing and walking. I tried Dansko clogs to see how it works for me. The shoes look great, and they can fit men or women. It is heavy and strong shoes. It feels comfortable at the beginning of the day but starts to be painful by the end. It is suitable for standing and short-distance walks. These shoes are not definitely for long-distance walking. The left shoe was a little uncomfortable, so I used a shoe stretcher to make it more comfortable.I will update my review if I have a different experience.Update:After wearing these shoes for 8 months, they still look great, and my feet started getting used to them. I will order the wide version of them the next time I get another pair.
I've just received my new Dansko pros today, and like several other reviewers, am incredibly disappointed. I have three other pairs of this exact same clog, all size 37, and the new pair is slightly smaller (you can see the difference when place them beside my other pairs), and really tight across my instep. They're actually painful and making the top of my foot numb. The rest of the clog fits fine, so I don't think it would be prudent to order a larger size. Super disappointed, as these are my go-to shoes for my shifts as a docent. Dansko, bring back the sizing of my older professional pros!
I really like the craftsmanship and the fit
The top of the shoe is extremely irritating to the top of the foot.I wore them for two hours before it stared to hurt.I just bought the shoes and then found out that other nurses cut the top of the shoe to the stitching to alleviate the pressure and make it feasible to wear for 12 hours.
Should have ordered size 34. Ordered 35 and it was too loose.
