I love these shoes! I wear them almost every day to work where I'm on my feet and moving around all day. They have great support and do not make my feet or back hurt like many other shoes do. The few cons I will mention are that they take a little while to get used to because you cannot bend your foot and I do not like to drive in them. I ordered a larger size than I typically get in other shoes but I knew what size I needed because I tried them on in the store before grabbing them on here (I normally wear an 8.5/9 and I ordered a 40 which I think is a 9.5/10). I get a lot of compliments on them and they go with everything. I've worn them for a few months now and they seem to hold up well aside from normal wear and tear around the cloth edges and a few scratches I've managed to give them. I bought these on sale, but I would pay full price for them knowing now how much I wear them and how much I love them.
I bought these from Amazon warehouse because they were a decent deal and I have always wanted a pair of Maci sandals. They are so sturdy and supportive, very flattering, and just right for me. Dansko is one of the only brands I can wear. I especially appreciate that they do not immobilize my arches, but have just the right amount of support for my unique planter fasciitis.
I actually saw this shoe on a lady while out shopping. She strutted so gracefully in them. Maci, looked so comfortable and stylish on her feet! Obviously I gave off the same look while traveling! I had several people ask; what brand shoe it was; which is what I did to the lady I saw. I ordered my shoes as soon as I got home! Dansko this one is the best pair of shoes I have purchased (I have purchased several pairs)!
love these shoes, super comfortable however they make a ton of noise when walking. A sucking/sticking noise from bottom of heals sticking to the shoe pad. I do not have overly sweaty feet and i haven't found anyway to stop the noise. Other than that i love them. I'm a size 8 us and the fit is perfect.
I looked at the reviews and some said that the sandal ran small, to order a size up. I normally wear a size 6. Well I ordered a size up and when I got them there was a good inch that was past my heel. They were way to big. So I returned them and got the 5.5-6. Perfect fit. These are very comfortable sandals, as most Dansko’s are. I wanted to see how the fit was before I ordered the red ones, but when I went to look for them in my size, they were gone. I would buy these again.Love Dansko’s sandals.
Loved everything about it! But had to send back bc my instep was too high, wasn’t comfortable.If you don’t have a super high instep, it’ll be great.I’m a 10 1/2 - my foot just fit- you may want to size up.Quality was great as well as support!
I can't express enough how perfect these sandals are! These are my third pair in this style. I am never disappointed with Dansko. The quality and comfort is A1. I have a hammer toe so the hard heel is perfect for me. That same foot is a bit wider than the other and yet these sandals fit fine. I don't know how they do it! They are pricey, but with a little sleuthing and patience, you can get them for an affordable cost. Worth the work to do it! HIGHLY recommend Dansko!
Although i have had these shoes for a year I do not wear them NEARLY as often as my other dansko clogs and I am phenomenally disappointed that the heel has broke like this. These shoes are two expensive to not be built to last. I've never had this type of difficulty before.
