I ordered the 8.5-9, and I usually wear an 8.5 or 9, but I wish I could try on the next size down. These seem a little big, but not so big that I don't love them. They are comfortable and look nice, and they seem like they will last a long time.
Danskos seem to be all over the place with sizing these days. In a traditional Dansko and Sanita rocker bottom professional clog, I have always been a 39 (since I started wearing them in the early 2000s). In the flats (ballet and Mary Jane styles), I am a 38, but I am a solid 39 in the Sam. For this shoe, I followed the advice from reviewers and Amazon was to size down, so I did. I got the 38, and it is perfect! The Brenna is similar to the professional style clog, but is more comfortable, cute, and lightweight to me. I was worried it may not be wide enough, but it is. And, it feels like over time the clogs will form nicely too my foot. A little worried about scuffs on the front, but love the two-tone style I will continue wearing my professional ones, though, of course. Nice to have a new style and option. Relatedly, I did NOT like the Berry slip-on mule, even though it is cute. It was huge. I think it may be that the top comes up too high (i.e., top is too long), so foot is pushed farther back. I think even if I'd sized down, it would have been a strange fit. I had like two inches in the front. I didn't feel secure in them either. Bizarre.

It’s all about comfort with these clogs. I love the suede so easy to keep clean. You just get a suede brush & brush out the dirt and they look fabulous. So comfortable my heels don’t hurt after wearing these all day long.
I bought these clogs for myself. I wear an 8-8 1/2. If only there were a 38 1/2 in the European sizing. I ordered the 39 because it is a bit of a crap shoot ordering shoes online and do have other Dansko clogs in size 39. The color is great too. So, for me, these run a bit large. I put a heel cushion in and though it does help, I will probably need thicker socks. The advice was to order down, but since I have other Dansko clogs I went with my usual and oops, too big.
I love the appearance of these shoes (got the reddish brown ruby color) - a reddish dark brown, matte finish. They are comfortable on the feet - plenty of room. BUT the insoles do not provide anywhere near as high arch support at the LT line of Dansko. So if you have high arches, and need arch support, look elsewhere. I had to return them sadly because I fear a return of my old plantar faciitis if I lack arch support.
These shoes are amazing. Very comfortable. I had just come off of a broken toe and foot healing and all of my shoes were still uncomfortable. I assumed these would be as well. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was able to wear them all day without issue. I will be ordering more in different colors.
I love Danskos and these are no exception. I followed the advice of many to order down one size and ordered a 36 instead of my usual 37, and they are perfect. Yes they are roomy in the heel area, but they are clogs with the comfy Dansko sole and footbed!
