Detailed Review

The Crocs On the Clock Work Slipon Clog surpasses expectations in almost every aspect. For those who prioritize comfort, the deeply cushioned footbeds offer what Crocs calls 'Dual Crocs Comfort,' which significantly alleviates pressure on your feet throughout a long shift or busy day.

Moreover, its slip-resistant nature, certified by ASTM standards, makes it an excellent choice for kitchen staff, healthcare workers, or anyone who frequently navigates wet or slippery environments. With a simple wash of soap and water, you can maintain their freshness easily—an essential feature for busy professionals.

When considering fit, it's important to note that these clogs have a relaxed style, meaning many users may find it beneficial to go up a size for the best experience. However, once you find your perfect fit, you'll appreciate how comfortably the arch support cradles your feet.

While there are minor drawbacks, such as limited color choices and potential sizing issues, the overall value and functionality make the Crocs On the Clock Work Slipon Clog a reputable choice among workplace shoes. Plus, the added peace of mind with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty only enhances this product's appeal.

Just YES! Buy them!

I work in a Veterans Home in a kitchen, and im on my feet all day. Before I bought these I was slipping,my feet were getting wet from the dish room, mopping and spills from kitchen work.Mostly my feet ached and were sore only a few hours into a shift.I searched and read many reviews looking for what could work and be ideal for me and my needs specifically at work. Those hundreds of read reviews landed me here, buying these Crocs.I've worn them now for 3 months and they are just as great today, as they were that first day. No slipping, No soggy wet feet, and my feet are comfortable ALL day and not hurting at the end of the day.For working in a kitchen they are incredible! The best! They wash easy, literally take a lysol wipe to clean off any spills or dirt. The inserts can come out and be cleaned with mild soap.If I had one complaint it would be that these shoes don't have half sizes, they also have a blunt shape to the toe, so if you have angled shaped toes.. long big toe, short little toe, you need to go up and extra size bigger than your normal shoe size. If you don't your toes will be angry. If you have rectangle shaped feet like my husband.. your toes are same length straight across, this isn't an issue for you.I did order the wrong size initially, (I even read a number of reviews that warned me, and I didn't heed to their warnings, my fault) but replaced them right away with a bigger size, then everything was all wonderful and right in the world of my feet. You may be asking if I returned the other pair of shoes, I didn't. A young girl I work with was having a hell of a time with her sneakers and needed a new pair that didn't blister her feet. My original pair by chance fit her perfectly. I gave them to her, and she cried thanking me after a day of wearing them, and not hurting. A few others have sense ordered some. Nurses and food service workers alike.Just buy them. Take care of your feet. Don't forget to size up.These would be great for anyone working on their feet all day. I wish I had them when I worked in the fast food industry, grocery store, bakery and our family's restaurant. They would have saved many a painful, and tearful nights.

All-purpose shoe for anything ankle deep

The same features as garden boots, as these are the shoes you’d use to step in mud, as long as the mud isn’t too deep. Most professional workplaces will not allow you to wear crocs, but with the great slip-resistance sole texture, and the nurse shoe style resemblance, you will get away with it, if not for a little while. When it’s raining, if you’re expecting a lot of scuffs on your shoe, or even if the bathroom is flooding (as long as it’s less than ankle deep) you can expect to wear this as your hazard shoe. The simple rubbery texture allows cleaning the shoe with ease, with simple Clorox wipes as an example. The looks of the shoe may look unappealing at first, but the simple design allows the shoe to be cheaper than most, while doing more to protect itself than more expensive shoes that appeal to mostly looks. Let’s get one thing straight, you will get your money’s worth from these shoes in other aspects other than looks, whether it’s to easily slip it on to go outside of your home, or if you don’t want to create a permanent stain on one of your other shoes, since most shoes cannot be cleaned as easily as these. With this the downside to purchasing these crocs is going to be how the sizes only come in whole numbers, instead of it being sold in .5’s as well. With no holes in the shoe it allows for better protection against hazards, but not as much breathing room, though the insole of the shoe makes up for it by being not only comfortable but also having holes for breathing room instead. If you consider yourself a person with sweaty feet, and plan to use this shoe for long periods of time, I’d suggest deodorizing your shoe with germ-killing spray after use, or baby powder during use to reduce the effect of your shoe smelling. Think of the potential benefits with the overall cost.

So great for being on your feet all day!

Crocs is one of the only companies these days that does what all quality companies used to be proud of: create a product that actually lasts the test of time. Not to mention, they truly stand behind them. I have never had a problem with any pair of Crocs that they did not handle if I contacted them - even if I bought them from a third party! Crocs is just an amazing company, full-stop.I long ago stopped caring that Crocs are ugly, when they single-handedly saved me from foot surgery! So eventually, every pair of shoes I own has been disposed of, and all that remain are various styles of Crocs. For everyday use, I generally like their Classic Clog, and I particularly love the variety of colors, because I am just a colorful person! However, in my line of work I usually need something hardier, with better traction. So 2 years ago, I ordered this pair (On The Clock Clog | Slip Resistant Work Shoes) and the Mercy Work Clog (as it was also indicated to be a great choice for those on their feet all day, as in nursing or similar).Right away, the Mercy was NOT going to work for me. I had actually tried it years earlier and didn't like it then either! They fit weirdly, the box tends to run small, and there are whole areas where parts of my feet just don't feel supported - pretty much from the "hinge" area to the back of the heel. I believe I still have them, but I don't even know where they are. I never wore them a second time! But these! These are AMAZING!! Not only did they get me through the incredibly busy and active 2 months of our busy season (which typically include 12 hour days of being on our feet) two years in a row, but they have held up to regular daily use the rest of the time as well! Two years! And I am a big girl who tends to go through other brands of shoes very quickly. You can see in the picture that the ruggedness of the tread is still going strong!Though it's true that my Classic Crocs have also put up with carrying my not-insignificant body weight year-after-year, it's not just the Croc shoes themselves that have held up this time, but also the cushion they put inside the "On The Clock Clog." (For the record, the version I am talking about has an insole they only refer to as "Dual Crocs Comfort." They have since come out with an "On The Clock Literide" that has a "Literide" insole. I have not tried those, and this review is not about that version.) Only a few months ago did the area under my heels begin to wear away on the insole (but just the fabric! You can see it in the picture.). And it's not even unusable, just irritating for a person who has a bit of a "Princess and the Pea" sensory issue. But because it was annoying me, I purchased several different insoles in various styles - I believe all of them being Dr. Scholl's, and all of them claiming to be for people who spent a lot of time on their feet every day. None of them have lasted for any amount of time. I could have bought an entirely new pair of these Crocs, even at full price on their website (this pair is much cheaper here, for some reason) for the price I paid for all of those insoles, and know they would have lasted for a couple of years! My complaints are few, but I will list them:-For one, though they were incredibly long lasting insoles, and I do acknowledge that I could have purchased an entirely new pair of shoes that included them for less money than I spent on the pile of garbage-quality Dr. Scholl's insoles, the part of me that hates waste doesn't really appreciate having to buy an entirely new pair of shoes just for the insoles! But I can't find any place where I can buy the Crocs insoles alone.-The color. I have a couple of issues with the colors. At least one of them may matter to you!1) The black aren't *really* black. Even brand new, they weren't anywhere near as dark black as they look in the photos. They were always a muted sort of blackish, and immediately lighten and look dingy when dirty. Perhaps I could use their "Crocs Shine" cleaner, but I would basically have to do that every day for it to make any difference for the black On The Clock Clog, and that isn't feasible. For my job, I don't care too much about this, but since I'm wearing these for practically every occasion now, it would be nice if they could even reasonably pass for something a little bit classier than my job. I don't need them to be sexy or stylish, but if they could simply fade into the background, that would do. Unfortunately, because of how dirty and dingy they always look, they are noticeable in a bad way. (Note regarding the photo: I have never cleaned them, they are 2 years old, and my job is outdoors! So though you can definitely tell that it is a muted black, some of the discoloration is just due to heavy outdoor use. Judge accordingly!)2) For me personally, I would LOVE more color options in general. Just because someone needs the shoes for work doesn't mean they need them to be a neutral color! Not to mention all the people who want to wear them outside of work. I'm disappointed in how rarely they offer this pair in any color besides black, navy, and white. And on the rare occasion that they do offer it in another color, it is usually some obnoxious pattern that I am not interested in anyway! It would be amazing if they could simply offer this in a variety of colors like they do their Classic Clog.-This isn't necessarily a complaint against Crocs (not sure), but when I've looked up "on the clock clog" in other places (like eBay, etc...), they oftentimes will show an entirely different style of Croc. Specifically, the Neria Pro II. I don't know if this is the seller mislabeling it, or if for some reason Crocs has the "On The Clock" name on some of their Neria Pro II shoes, but it has happened often enough that I feel like there must be some overall confusion that probably starts with Crocs themselves. I also have a pair of the Neria Pro II, and though they share some similarities to the "On The Clock," THEY ARE NOT THEM! They are not only unsupportive, but I've twisted my ankle several times while wearing them, so they are more of a hazard than a less supportive shoe would be in the first place. So be very careful when you order "On The Clock" Crocs that the pair you are ordering is the same pictured in this listing. That's it! Overall, these are very very good and supportive shoes that I whole-heartedly recommend!
