I ordered these at the last minute for a holiday Europe trip and they're perfect! They fit true to size, are warm and comfortable. Other reviews mentioned them being narrow but I don't find that at all. I usually wear a 7.5 in shoes and 8 in boots and the 8 fits me great, and will still allow thick socks. I wore to walk up to 8 miles per day and they were very comfortable and kept my feet completely dry despite super rainy weather. All around, great boot!!!
After about a month of walking around in these, I love them! The wide is spacious enough for my super wide feet (hello bunions), which was the most important factor for me. There's actually some arch support which helps make them even more comfortable. The only minor negative is that the tread is not super grippy, but that's the tradeoff with fashion boots.
I ordered the black Comfortiva Salem boot in black. In my opinion, these run a little on the small and narrow side. I normally wear a 9 to 9 1/5, and the 9 1/5 fit perfectly, without extra room in the toe box. These boots kept my feet warm well.The boots are reasonably comfortable. I wish the sole had an arch support and more cushioning, but I know this is very unusual to find in boots. The low heel does make these boots comfortable for walking and standing.While I like the sweater cuff at the top, I've also noticed it does get dirty quickly. I love the lace detail at the back, and bravo to Comfortiva for making this a zipper boot. Popping them on and off is a breeze.
The boots were beautiful but running very small. Normally wear a 7 wide but these were painfully tight. I repacked them immediately with all the paper stuffing and cardboard they came with and returned them to UPS store within 1 hour of receiving them. The company charged me a $13.60 restocking fee. All shoes need to be tried on. These were not worn. I will not be ordering footwear from this company ever again
