I can't get enough of this boot, very comfortable for wearing all day. It’s water proof and they’re breathable so no stinky feet. It helps with my planters And is wide enough for my toes to not feel crammed in. Over all a great boot I recommended it to a few friends who also love them. I don’t write reviews but this boot deserved it.
Columbia Fairbanks mids size 13. Shoes run as sized. Fit fine. Wish they had option for wide. Seemed to be waterproof complete as advertised. Only issue is really personal preference. The color in pic is nothing like I received. Ordered Dark grey was label. Received really off colored greenish teal. Pics showed 2 tone. Received all one color. Other than that really well made. Wish the shoestrings weren't a total mismatch of red to go with these green shoes. Odd. But personal preference I guess.
The boots were a great deal. They are true to size with other Columbia shoes I have and they are very comfortable. The ball of my foot is wide and gets cramped in some boots but these fit quite nicely in the toe box. The sole feels very sturdy for how light they are and the anti slip is no joke. They feel planted on rough terrain.
I am writing review about the sizing, shoe looks good, feels good, HQ quality. I am a sneakerhead and needed a shoe for rain in NYC trip I am normally size 10.5 in classic jordan (1-14) and size 11 in newer nike/adidas shoes like Ultraboost or KD basketball shoe. This shoe is not wide foot friendly, recommend sizing up, I went with size 11 and it fits great, probably can go 11.5. I also bought size 10.5 to try out and will be returning it, it is tight. If you plan to wear thicker socks or wide feet, dont waste your time>> SIZE up 0.5 size!
I used the boots in Finland heavy snow and -17 and loved it. Comfortable and warm enough to give you good feeling of walking in snow. In slippery area works great. I also wear it in London with normal weather with no snow and it was ok, just a bit feeling heavy.
I thought these were going to be Walmart-level garbage but they rule. Very comfortable, decent quality, passed in rain and snow tests. I wear these a lot more than I thought I would. I wanted a weather “boot”. They have shoe qualities but retain any needs you would need for something like that. Highly recommend, might get another pair in a different color. They fit true to size also.
These are great. Look really nice, not clunky like many boots and shockingly lightweight. Went on a cold and rainy walk, I intentionally took them through some deep puddles and my feet were completely dry at the end. Seem breathable as they claim. Great price. Would absolutely buy again, will update if anything changes after a few snows.
Warm and comfortable enough though if you're looking to keep your feet dry all day in a steady rain look elsewhere. I work outdoors in western washington and these boots impressed me the first three rainy days *non consecutiveafter that back to soggy dogs.I will update this in regards to durability when they begin to fail.
