Fit great and look amazing. Warm but still comfortable right out of the box!
My biggest complaint of them is that some of the lugs on the outside of the sole sheared off. I assumed it would happen because the rubber on the soles are very soft to help with grip. I did a shoot with them in an absolute downpour and my feet were bone dry. They are fairly light and very comfortable. I started wearing them in the office every day as well. Very highly recommend.
Perfect fit. A great pair of boots.
Very comfy true to size. Absorbs bad floors effectively and look cool.
Specifically so when I go to purchase all the color options, it’s guaranteed they’ll have them in my size. But honestly if you’re expecting $200 boots for half the price you’ve lost your mind. But for what you are paying they are worth every red cent.I may not go back and buy every color but I’m damn sure gonna pickup a second pair.
I always order Wide size with Columbia.compared this to the Columbia Trailstorm (W) and Columbia Newton II (W). This wins hands down.Issue with Columbia Newton II: wide size is still too narrow, shoe is heavy and stiff soleIssue with Trailstorm: very narrow, waterproof has leaks and gets my socks wet. But very cushioned sole. Narrow sole and prone to rolling my ankles.Peakfreak: cushioned sole (same material as Trailstorm), but wide enough for my feet, and guaranteed waterproof! Wide sole and very stable for my ankles. Five stars!
Best work shoe, I have purchased in a time span 8+ years. My work conditions , carry up 500 lbs, thur oil, grease, wet floors , ice, snow, loose gravel, sharp metal and going up and down on a ramp. Seriously a huge reduction in slips and fall & common injuries ankles and knees.
