The Columbia Men's Landroamer Scout boots deliver impressive performance across several categories. Starting with comfort, the TECHLITE cushioning stands out, offering support that can last all day, whether you're walking on city streets or rugged trails. The eco-friendly aspect is particularly commendable; knowing that your footwear is made from more than 50% plant-based materials adds an extra layer of satisfaction.
In terms of durability, the full-grain leather upper is robust and designed to withstand the rigors of outdoor use while maintaining a stylish appearance. This makes them versatile enough for both outdoor adventures and casual social gatherings.
When it comes to traction, the molded rubber outsole provides a firm grip, allowing you to tackle tricky terrains without fear of slipping. However, the fit can be somewhat subjective—while the slip-on nature offers convenience, it may not work for everyone’s foot shape, potentially leading to discomfort over long periods.
Overall, the Columbia Men's Landroamer Scout boots balance comfort, durability, and eco-friendliness remarkably well, making them a solid choice for those seeking a reliable and versatile boot.

The Columbia Landroamers are comfortable right out of the box! They're not quite as cushy as sneakers, but they feel pretty much as close as you can get to it in a boot. I had Blundstones before this, but I like these better for day-to-day use. The Blundstones feel like a more solid boot and they have a wider footbed, but they're not as soft and comfortable.Bottom Line: Get Blundstones if you want solid, beefy boots. Get these Columbia Landroamers if you want softer, more comfortable boots.
I liked the boot and style, but they were tight in the toe and unfortunately I had to return them. They seemed like a good shoe and I wish I could have kept them, but since they only come up to 15 I would have needed a 16 in these and they don’t come that big. Just sharing to give others info on the fit, I’d say order 1 size up but if you’re normally a 15 look elsewhere.
As some have stated they are a bit narrow but after a day of wearing them the leather formed to my foot very nicely and are extremely comfortable with no slipping in the heel. I was primarily looking for something waterproof with good traction and these are working out great.
They comfortable and quite easy to slip on and off
I was surprised at how light weight they are and still quality and durable. I needed some boots to slip on and off quickly for camping when sleeping at night , these will work perfectly
