I love these shoes! I wear them to work, I am sitting down most of the time but sometimes I do tend to walk quite a bit, and these are very comfortable. I like the black sole that is on the front of the shoe, providing some grip and extra support. Something worth noting is that for me, they did run a bit big. I always have this problem with closed shoes (ballet flats, pumps, etc). I am a size 6, but for closed shoes, no matter what brand, I need a size 5 or else they slide off my heel because they're too big. So maybe that's just me, but it is worth nothing they ran a bit big on me even with size 5. I needed to buy pad inserts you stick on the back of the heel. This completely fixed my problem. At first with the pads, the shoes felt very tight and uncomfortable, but I gave the leather some time to get broken in and they are quite comfortable now. I can see these shoes lasting me a very long time, the leather and the construction seems solid. The heel itself is not too tall or too short for me. Very happy with these!

So the official Cole Haan website doesn’t sell this pump with gold tips anymore, so I turned to Amazon because the picture and the description specifically said “gold tip”. Turn out it is not! Very disappointed. Also, I’ve tried the pump from Cole Haan before, feels like this pump’s leather doesn’t have good quality. Feels like the leather will worn out pretty soon. If this one is not on sale and you are not on the tight budget, I recommend buying directly from the official website!I probably will return this because the quality is not good.
I am not able to wear heels often, they really hurt my feet. I specifically purchased this pair because of the padding. I had a Cole Haan/Nike Air combo in my past that was HEAVEN to walk in, so, I had high hopes.I started off with my orthotics in, with the plan to pull them out later, as the night long and the pain grew greater. It was a good plan, when I removed them, the shoes were just as comfortable as when I first put them on hours before. I have a narrow heel, there was a slight bit of slippage without the orthotic. I've also learned a good mid-event foot massage can push the pain back as well. Although my feet still hurt at the end of the night, it wasn't like walking on hots rocks. Most importantly, the shoes look great!!! I definitely plan to try them again on a date night with minimal walking.
I tried it on at the Cole Haan store and it fit very well. However, the one I received from this listing felt cheap and had some cosmetic defects. It fit well, but the decal on the foot bed starting lifting off after only a couple hours of wear. The heel then cracked when I was walking up stairs on the fifth day of wear. I will be returning these.
These pumps are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. My feet are always so sore after wearing heels to the point it takes a couple of days for them to stop hurting. I did size up 1/2 a size due to the arthritis in my feet. Very classy and comfortable.
I’m a size 6 in flats, decided to go half a size smaller in heels and these fit like a glove. I have another pair of Cole Haan (The Go-To Block Heel Pump) in size 6 and they keep slipping off my heels. These are super comfortable, way more comfortable than the block heels. The inside leather is buttery soft. I don’t wear pointy heels to work since they are not easy to walk, but definitely will walk in these everyday.
These are beautiful shoes. They fit perfectly and are super comfortable. They do, however, squeak when you walk. I'm not sure what I can do about it but it's literally embarrassing to wear them.
