I ordered size 6 knowing five and a half might be better. Wear size 36 Naots. I put a Schols soft ball of foot insert under the footbed since there was a slight gap at the back of the heel. Worked perfectly; plenty of toe room, even with my bunion and no slippage at heel. Wore them several hours to a funeral and burial at cemetery with considerable walking over uneven ground. Good support and no foot discomfort. Ordered the same shoe in brown from Rockport.

I'm pretty sure this is my 10th pair of Cobb Hill shoes; I purchase the 8 1/2 Regular and the fit is perfect. The adjustable strap is great; I cannot wear traditional pumps as my foot slips out of the shoe to easily. I typically do not write reviews... this product and the Cobb Hill brand are a winner to me.
I read the other reviews and didn't really believe that these could be so comfy right out of the box but they are 100% as advertised. I wore them to a wedding and was in them for 7 hours right out of the box, danced and walked for miles and my feet were always comfy.
