When i first got the shoe the toe was tight, but as the day wore on, they conformed to my foot. these shoes are great! i am so glad i did not get the wide or else they would have been too loose. They fit and feel amazing with the padding on the inside and the wide heel gives me a solid footing when walking.

Jayne B - I got your 9 wides! I ordered 8.5 W and in the box was a 9 W pair. Very annoying. Especially because I like them but I need the actual size I ordered.Revision: I ordered another pair of 8.5 W and this time they were correct. They are barely wide in the front. And there are a bit to long, so I had to put a pad in the back. They gap a little oddly on the sides. But they are comfortable and stylish enough with pants.
