I love these boots! They are warm with the fur lining in the back and so cute. I love the color as well. I have them in black also😎 they go with my coats plus they are comfortable. The insole could beat bit more comfy but not a deal breaker for me. Get these!!❤️

Amazons exchange policy is absurd! I purchased boots that are too small for me for $19.99.I can not get an exchange for 1 size bigger. Instead I'd have to pay almost $60 for the same boots only 1 size bigger. That's TRIPLE the price that I paid!I have never heard of such unfairness!Also, these boots are made very cheaply. They feel like cardboard. They literally feel like cardboard and the inserts are not even fixed in place.They look great in the pictures but look obviously cheap in person.I'm embarrassed to even gift them for Christmas so I'll give them away.Do your self a favor and save your money or get a pair of Timberlands for the same price which will have real leather or suede, not cardboard boots like Cliffs.
Warm for winter. Nice to wear to work in bad weather. Takes some time to break in, but then comfortable.
