These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Literally from the moment I put them one, they felt like I had them for years. I have trouble with shoes fitting properly, but I highly recommend these shoes. They are attractive and true to size....perfect size heel, not to low not too high. Great product!
It is very comfortable, the height of the heels is working for daily office work, I received it easily and timely, the only thing that I didn't like about it when it delivered it was really dusty in a way that I thought it is gray!! For the 1st impression I wanted to return but then I realized it is dust!!??!! Any how I love it. So I cannot give low rate but I wish they could consider it as a customer service.
Extremely comfortable, I was looking for not.. overly mature looking but something I could add into my work rotation when working as I often wear more formal dress attire. I like the design of the shoe alot more than I originally thought I would and they are comfortable to be on your feet on or walking convention centers when heels are eatting your feet- so work for what I needed.The sizing is also accurate, I have a wider foot but 9.5 size and fit well.
Clarks are good quality, professional shoes. I plan to wear these to work and some special occasions. They do fit wide, so if you have narrow feet, this will fit loosely. I normally wear regular 8.5-9. I ordered 8.5 based on advice from other consumers. It's a bit loose, but I will keep them. 🙃
These shoes are amazing! I wore them the first full day of work and never got sore feet. I have worn them more than 50 times, and they are still amazing. I would definitely buy these again.
Right out of the box this pair of Clark’s shoes were comfortable and offered support for my plantar fasciitis. They also manage to look business dressy and not clunky. Quality shoes that I hope will last as nicely as they look.

I recently purchased the Clarks Women's Emily Charm Mules with high expectations, given the brand's reputation for comfort and quality. Unfortunately, my experience with these mules has been far from satisfactory.One major issue I encountered was the inconsistent fit between the two shoes. While one foot felt reasonably secure, the other was excessively loose, making it nearly impossible to keep the shoe on properly. This uneven fit resulted in constant slipping and sliding, creating an uncomfortable and impractical wearing experience.To make matters worse, the loose fit on one foot led to repeated incidents of the shoe causing pain in my ankle. The lack of stability and support made walking a challenge, and I found myself constantly readjusting the mule in an attempt to find a more secure fit. This not only compromised the supposed comfort of the Clarks brand but also resulted in a frustrating and disappointing overall experience.Unfortunately, the Emily Charm Mules fell short of these expectations, leaving me dissatisfied with both the fit and functionality.
