So far I have been very pleased with these boots. They fit well and appear to be made of high quality (I've generally been very pleased with Clarks over the years). The style is exactly what I was looking for in an everyday chukka - not very big or chunky, but rather a more slim design without being too pointy. You could easily wear these with jeans or khakis and dress up or down.When I first took them out of the box, I did not really like the light brown color as it seemed a little yellow-ish to me. I shined them with some light brown shoe polish and it made the color very rich. I am very happy with them now. I would buy again.
After considering the reviews about size, I ordered 1/2 size down from my typical 10 1/2. Glad I did! They fit fine. I don’t think they are too narrow; I have a medium width fit. I’ve worn Clark’s for many years, and these shoes live up to their good quality standards—also quite attractive. Wear for dress, or jeans.
First thing I noticed is that the dark brown is really, dark; much darker than the amazon photo implies. The dark shade on the tip is a little difficult to discern because of this. The colour of the sole is not as bright as in the amazon photo.There is a sticker on the inside of the tongue that says made in India.The inner liner is some sort of canvas material, with leather bordering near the edges. Sole feel supportive. Typical Clarks.The initial fit is slightly tight with tennis socks, but not uncomfortable. It is leather so it will stretch over time so not a big deal.It looks great. Haven't worn it out yet to get any comments but I am satisfied with it out of the box.

Great boots for winter i got the light brown they are shiny but match perfect with my wardrobe they are so comfy i have used aldo boots and ariat boots and nothing compares on how good your feet in clarks. I just ordered another pair of clarks in diff style cant beat the price
