I have bought several items over the years from this brand and overall have been pleased. On these...I measure as a true 5.5 and depending on seller, I wear 5-6. I ordered these in the 6 since that was their smallest. While a 5.5 would have fit better, I am fine with these because the back strap helps make it fit right and the toes are narrow enough that my foot doesn't just slide forward out the toes. I like the height and the look. In general, I like wedge sandals with a slight front platform for comfort and balance. The cut out on these just gives them some style, the fit and feel the same as similar ones without that detail. I ordered these for car shoes; when I drive I find a shoe like this is the most comfortable and stable. During the summer, my driving shoes get worn out of the car to where I am going, so I try to pick a color and style that is versatile like these are. Once, I have broken them in, if there is any additional details or issues to note I will update.
I will buy these in every color available. Nice style and material, with enough height to not look frumpy and enough comfort to be styling all day. Resembles a Clark’s Dup at a fraction of the price. Love the nutmeg/tan shade and bought the black after that.
those shoes are not bad. they look good and comfortable. but they're not true to size. i had to return them.
I was so happy to be able to try on these shoes . It made such a difference in my purchase.I have had these shoes for almost 3 years and this year the strap pulled out. ( I hope I have the same length of time with these new shoes.) They are so easy to put on and so comfortable. they also made many of our trips to "far away places" so much better. Sooo, I bought 3 pair of these shoes
Fell apart after wearing 4 times at work
I had spent a very long time looking for sandals like these. I knew just what I wanted but could not find them. Not only are they adorable, but they are incredibly comfortable as well. Highly recommend.
I bought this brand (Chinese laundry)because I had purchased a different pair from Nordstrom and found both pairs to be very comfortable and easy to walk in.
Love these. Super comfortable but I noticed the ankle straps were big so I tightened them - little did I know by doing that I pulled away the strap from the bottom of the sole and it started ripping off. I ended up purchasing a second pair and I didn’t tighten the ankles like the first pair and I can see it’s starting to pull away. Just a warning they won’t last long.
