I emailed web info Chippewa boots at webinfoc@Justinbrands and this clown put me in a loop saying that he couldn’t see any damage in the boot and that they are not taking any warranty liability. Do not buy this brand if you use this boots to work bc is just a waste of money and time. Their quality went down the toilet.
