I used to wear only Caterpillar Logger Boots until I found these! Comfortable, and a softer leather. Better price and outlast the cat boots! Fit as expected and true to size.
I've been wearing these boots every day for about a week, and I really like them. They require a little breaking in, but that's going fine. I like their sturdy construction. The lacing eyelets and hooks are of rugged design, not just wimpy sheet metal. In previous steel-toed boots, I had trouble with the lace hooks becoming sharp as they wore and abrading the laces. These hooks appear to be cast metal, rather than stamped, and will very likely not cause that problem as they wear.
Good comfortable boot
I am so happy about this shoes and the transaction.. I returned the first shoes and replaced it with this design.. It shipped to me fast and they answered my concern very quickly! The shoes is very comfortable and my husband is very happy about it :). Thank u Amazon and Shoeline!
Sole has stitching in toe area, no fastening via screws as in the images of the shoe. This leads to believing the soles are bonded or "glued" only. I would not expect them to hold up long term.
Great fit, traction, and light-weight in comparison to other brands. I work in a 3PL, moving pallets and off-loading containers all day, every day, and these boots make all the difference.
This is not 8inch loggers. Setting beside 6 pair of 8 inch logger 2 of which are Carolina's these are 3 inches shorter. I am very disappointed in This providers obvious Blanton fraud. FOR SHAME!
Ordered an EE extra wide and these are still almost too narrow. All other EE size boot that I've had over the decades were always plenty wide enough. I can't imagine what a regular width would be like.
